I'm just going to say something; And don't take this as an insult. It's amazing when I hear people say things like this. Murs has been not only around but well known in hip hop for 20 years. How someone doesn't hear about him until he signs to strange just blows my mind. You ever hear the FELT albums? Woman Tonight? Strange represents just a very tiny percent of the top hip hop acts and lots of their signings are guys who've released quality shit through other indy labels. Get outside the box a bit. Rhymesayers entertainment, Mello Music Group, Def Juxx, Odd Future REcords, Stones Throw, Duck Down, ect. ect. ect. there are tons of great ones.
