'Heavy' Armed personnel is a such great deterrence, arrest criminals might been a better, good idea... but for safety of officers, such measures ('liquidate' by gunfire) will do.
Where did you get the body tents? It's part of Police Tape right?

Its just a GTA5 prop which I added to Police Tape via the ini file. You can add any prop to it
