Murdaugh jurors share piece of evidence that 'sealed the deal' in murder conviction
Three of the jurors who served on #AlexMurdaugh's double murder trial said a video filmed at the scene of the slayings was the key piece of evidence in the trial that "sealed the deal" for convicting Murdaugh in the murders of his wife and youngest son. The Snapchat video, taken by Murdaugh's youngest son #PaulMurdaugh, was filmed at the dog kennels on the Murdaugh family property and contained audio of Alex Murdaugh yelling at one of the dogs minutes before the time of the murders.

because SLED didn't actually link the brass to the actual murder weapon. ALEC didn't lie about where he was so their complete failure to produce the murder weapon after monitoring him 24/7 is totally unreasonable.
im always amazed at how smart and serious jury members tend to be. they really weighed the evidence and tried to be fair.

I think jury duty is something that most Americans do end up taking very, very seriously. We joke about hating jury duty, but when we actually hold someone’s life and future in our hands, we buckle down and do the work needed because we owe it to our community and fellow man. It’s a testament to human nature for sure.

@@campsitez2355 I’m sorry, what does that have to do with intelligence? It’s the attorneys’ job to object if they think a juror will not be able to be impartial. Both sides agreed to have this juror.

@@playboicatie no its the judge's job to remove the juror. it should never have been "optioned". Basically if the judge asked them he clearly thought it wouldn't be a big deal so you as the defense attorney... are you going to ask to remove them and call the judge a moron by objecting? Are you? What if the judge doesn't remove him from the jury pool, now what? At the end of the day that judge was a huge problem. There exists more than enough reasonable doubt for a finding of "not guilty" considering they knew everywhere ALEC went yet for some reason couldn't produce the murder weapon. They don't know if the "replacement 300BLK was the weapon" or the "300BLK stolen by the teenagers who knew the girl" was used.... lol and the idea that a law firm wouldn't know if he had a drug problem or was stealing from them lol the idea they weren't aware of it is preposterous. I think they knew and they were just waiting for the right time. They had far more "motive" which the state lol said they didn't have to prove motive in their final arguments.... so if they didn't have to prove motive what was all the financial stuff included for?
His words are exactly what I said, how did he know what time to lie??
The jury in this case should be commended for having to sit through days of lie after lie they went far beyond their civic duty to come to a verdict in which Justice was served

It's Sad all of it..
That kennel video is so chilling in this situation and definitely told/showed that Alex Murdaugh did lie about being there at the time. Like that lady juror said,.. “it spoke from the grave”…chilling!!!
it’s funny how we all thought that paul was the monster and then it turns out he was just a symptom….
The Lord works in mysterious ways
These people are so sweet. God bless them for doing their civic duty.
If Alex never took the stand the jurors could have thought maybe the prosecution is making up the info in regards to that kennel video maybe it was not taken that night etc When Alex took the stand to make up lies about the kennel video that literally sealed his fate

You think with all their influence the family would be on every media and social site seaking helping to find the killer(s)- if they believe he is innocent
With such jurors who took their duty seriously, it'll be hard to get a retrial based off their actions, as we know them today at least. Let's pray they followed all the rules.
Of course! Paul got him..
That video was crucial. That’s when all my doubts went away. A lot of things he did raised suspicions but that video was conclusive to me.
Yeah the gave him away ,he lied about not being there but hearing his voice on the video gave him away.

Divine intervention allowed Paul to speak from the grave. Now he can rest in peace. 🙏
The dude from “You” was on the jury?
Beyond a _reasonable _ doubt, not shadow.
That's why Alex was checking Paul's phone he layed the phone on Paul's back ,,,he can lie
For me this lie was a culmination of a mountain of lies. This lie makes the rest of his testimony about what happened also a lie. He also had motivation--all of his financial crimes, etc. I suspect Maggie and/or his son Paul threatened to go to the police about either Alex's crimes and/or Paul's crimes and Alex killed them out of desperation.
Thought that was Zac Efron
The evidence is too good. Too perfect. Nothing is that perfect
I'm following the case from Europe. Are his lawyers going to appeal and if so has he any chance of been cleared?
@5paces164

They will most likely appeal the verdict, particularly since it’s a criminal case and carries 2 Life Sentences. Unless there were procedural problems in Court or clear violations with the jury, it’s not likely that the case will be overturned.

IMO she probably dropped the phone after she heard the gunshot, of course you wouldn't think of it as someone unfamiliar is there killing someone because it's a hunting place after all, hearing gunshots is a common thing for her probably. Also he got interviewed multiple times why didn't he said that he was there, i don't think that a pill on his back pocket is enough to be scared of telling that you were there with them if your hands are really clean.
He admitted he lied only because the video surfaced. Alex is a lying snake. He would have continued to steal and take advantage of people if he hadn’t gotten caught.
Good luck. clout chasers.
I think it’s pretty dumb jurors are able to do interviews after the case
A LIER AND THIEF DOES NOT A MURDER MAKE.. BUT CONVICTING AN INNOCENT MAN..DOE'S MAKE YA'LL GUILTY AS 12 DANGEROUS FOOLS..!!..
Well, this will be interesting considering what's being alleged now! Good job...now he might get a new trial. 🫥
