    Was his phone sitting still in his truck when he picked up Maggie's and Paul's? This is chilling. He's caught lying = guilty. He wanted Maggie's estate + life insurance. Probably had life insurance on Paul too(?). Buster said "I do not support my father." I don't even know how AM's family can sit so close to him in the courtroom. I wouldn't put it past AM to put a hit out on Buster or his own siblings from his jail cell, this man is so greedy.

    @@shannonmathiscowen8682 they claim there wasn't life insurance on Paul and Maggie. I think this is a lie too. I think there was life insurance in Busters name but not in Alex name. Alex has a ten million dollar life insurance policy on himself and Buster is the beneficiary. That why Alex tried to stage his own murder with his cousin. So Buster could get his life insurance money.

    if I sat my phone on the seat of the car, walked over and picked your up your phone walked to the car while trying to unlock it and read the drop down screen then set it down in the car, and picked mine up, walked a bit outside the car and called or messaged your phone, sat mine down, then picked yours up to see if the message sent then set it down again, then drove off, then threw your phone out the window while the screen was off this would account for the difference.

    Also, there was a video sent to one of Paul's friends that shows Paul and Alex riding around in a buggy and laughing as they check out trees that had fallen on the property. It was taken and sent a 7 pm and shows Alex in a long-sleeved shirt and long pants. What happened to those clothes he was wearing an hour and forty-five mins before the murders? And, as far as the clothes he was wearing, couldn't he have prepared a set of clothes, brought them to the scene, changed into these extra clothes at the scene, and then disposed of them when he went to his mother's?

  • @signalfire6691

    @signalfire6691

    Those clothes have disappeared. And he would have needed a shower to remove traces of blood and guts as well as gunshot residue. Hard to get all that in, in the time allowed. I think the clothes missing ALONE indicts him. If he innocently changed clothes from earlier in the evening, they should be in his room in the laundry bin, all clean with no blood. It amazes me that in the days afterwards when techs came over to 'search the house' the family (mostly lawyers) were all there and the house wasn't made part of the crime scene and off limits. SLED there is incompetent.

  • @goldsbym

    Exactly those clothes are no where to be found. The investigation should ask where those clothes are. If Alex did not kill his family those clothes should be clean and presented as evidence to clear Alex. But those clothes are missing which indicates Alex is hiding them. Guilty.

    Don't you all think it's (ironic) a major miracle that Paul is the very witness against his own father who happens to be the one that murdered him. His two videos are a witness that beats all. In the snapchat video, Alex is in different clothing; most likely the bloody ones. The timeline says Paul was murdered right as that video finished. 8:49:01 is the time Paul's phone went dead and 8:49:39 is when Maggie's phone goes dead. 8:50 is the time they say he died. Normal people can't fathum a father killing his son. A narcissistic, entitled, coward with the world closing in on him sees it very differently.

    He suspected a video, he tells police he picked up Paul's phone and was going to do something with it but changed his mind. He really fumbles his words at that point. Maybe he just wasnt able to access it? I think he was worried about the video.

    There was testimony that his phone didn’t have any activity at all within a certain time frame. Prosecutors need to tighten that up and show a map with times as to where the phones were. Demonstratives with re to the cellphones are highly needed for this case. Not sure if the jury has them and the public doesn’t.

    How is the defense going to get out of this??? That voice is clearly his. This alone is enough to make the jurors convict him. It certainly has caused me to make up my mind that he did it.

    I think Alec knew Paul was filming a video, that's why he touched Paul's phone after he shot him. I think he wanted to delete the video, but maybe the phone was locked or Alec realized he would get dna or blood on the phone.

    Why does the prosecution need to have their ideas approved by the judge ? I mean even in the Cayce Anthony trial they let the prosecution commit a horror on the grandfather by claiming he was the one responsible for Caylee’s death. Which was completely desperate and crazy.

    @@LaurenRuby The defense side can come with any odd theory but the prosecution has to hope a judge will allow info that seems obviously pertinent ? It’s strange that it would have to be an uphill battle, since they’d need to back up what they claim anyway ? It seems too that the prosecution didn’t go about this very well since if they’d connected all the dots (for permission or whatever) before the trial started this wouldn’t be going on now.

    Maybe he was wearing his AirPods, told Siri to call his wife’s phone while his phone was inside the car. This way the phone will not have any record of him walking
