Was his phone sitting still in his truck when he picked up Maggie's and Paul's? This is chilling. He's caught lying = guilty. He wanted Maggie's estate + life insurance. Probably had life insurance on Paul too(?). Buster said "I do not support my father." I don't even know how AM's family can sit so close to him in the courtroom. I wouldn't put it past AM to put a hit out on Buster or his own siblings from his jail cell, this man is so greedy.

@@shannonmathiscowen8682 they claim there wasn't life insurance on Paul and Maggie. I think this is a lie too. I think there was life insurance in Busters name but not in Alex name. Alex has a ten million dollar life insurance policy on himself and Buster is the beneficiary. That why Alex tried to stage his own murder with his cousin. So Buster could get his life insurance money.

if I sat my phone on the seat of the car, walked over and picked your up your phone walked to the car while trying to unlock it and read the drop down screen then set it down in the car, and picked mine up, walked a bit outside the car and called or messaged your phone, sat mine down, then picked yours up to see if the message sent then set it down again, then drove off, then threw your phone out the window while the screen was off this would account for the difference.

Vinnie is The Greatest current host of any show on TV, and it’s because of his COMMON SENSE. He asks the most logical questions that the audience and-or a jury would be asking themselves. So smart.
He was quick to tell investigators the night of the murders that Paul’s cell phone “fell” out of his pocket. Then he laid it on the back of his leg. This was a detail he didn’t have to offer. Also, there was a video sent to one of Paul's friends that shows Paul and Alex riding around in a buggy and laughing as they check out trees that had fallen on the property. It was taken and sent a 7 pm and shows Alex in a long-sleeved shirt and long pants. What happened to those clothes he was wearing an hour and forty-five mins before the murders? And, as far as the clothes he was wearing, couldn't he have prepared a set of clothes, brought them to the scene, changed into these extra clothes at the scene, and then disposed of them when he went to his mother's?
@signalfire6691
Жыл бұрын
Those clothes have disappeared. And he would have needed a shower to remove traces of blood and guts as well as gunshot residue. Hard to get all that in, in the time allowed. I think the clothes missing ALONE indicts him. If he innocently changed clothes from earlier in the evening, they should be in his room in the laundry bin, all clean with no blood. It amazes me that in the days afterwards when techs came over to 'search the house' the family (mostly lawyers) were all there and the house wasn't made part of the crime scene and off limits. SLED there is incompetent.
@goldsbym
Жыл бұрын
Exactly those clothes are no where to be found. The investigation should ask where those clothes are. If Alex did not kill his family those clothes should be clean and presented as evidence to clear Alex. But those clothes are missing which indicates Alex is hiding them. Guilty.

Why is nobody talking about how you can hear AM address Paul by name and it sounds like Paul responded by either saying "it's alright dad" or etc????!!!
I think the reason he picks up Paul’s mobile, he wanted to check and delete it 🤔 because how would pick up a phone and try to open it before checking on his wife 🤔
Oh I think he knew that there was something on Paul’s phone but couldn’t open it. And that’s why Alex called Rogan, to check and see if he had heard or seen anything because Alex said himself that he called Ro-Ro that night. That’s why he made a point of telling them that Paul’s cell phone popped out and he picked it up “to do something with it, I don’t know what”. I think he was covering for the fact that his fingerprints would be on Paul’s phone.
Don't you all think it's (ironic) a major miracle that Paul is the very witness against his own father who happens to be the one that murdered him. His two videos are a witness that beats all. In the snapchat video, Alex is in different clothing; most likely the bloody ones. The timeline says Paul was murdered right as that video finished. 8:49:01 is the time Paul's phone went dead and 8:49:39 is when Maggie's phone goes dead. 8:50 is the time they say he died. It would CURL YOUR HAIR if you knew what these people do behind closed doors.

Because Big Brother knows everything about you, as does "Google"... EVERYTHING about you! So you say "bring it"? No, thanks; I don't own a cp, nor use "Google", we are "tracked" enough in so many other ways as it is to have to add to it= making it easier for them. Alex killed his son and wife, that's how he knew they had been shot so badly. Paul 3 in body and 2 times in head, then Maggie 5 times in body then 2 times in the back of the head with a high power rifle. It appears he hated maggie, he shot her so many times with high power. Hi. Due to work & family can't watch all aspects of the trial. My question is are Maggie's family present during procedure's? Also, is it me or does Buster not looked bothered that his dad is on trial? Where was Buster when the murders happened? These questions have probably been answered. Being busy in life & in United Kingdom difficult for me personally to keep upto date

Buster was about an hour south at his girlfriends house. He’s probably over the whole lie of a life his dad has been living . Buster is manipulated and used by Alex He’s lied to and lying for Alex Hiding money Moving money Lying about everything I think Buster believes either his dad did the killings or had someone do the murders for him. I think Buster is probably overwhelmed w fear and grieving but he’s not able to express his feelings. Buster is made to show up and be supportive of the only family he had left Or walk away and be a self made orphan. I think Buster knew his dad was upto some sketchy finances and lying But I doubt Buster would initially believe his dad was capable of this. I’m sure the more Buster learns the angrier he is at Alex But can’t say it because he’s the only living heir to all the money and properties and doesn’t want to be cut from Alex will

Alex not only has no alibi, cell phone evidence proves he was at the kennel with Maggie and Paul when they were murdered. Did Alex hire someone/s to do the dirty deeds$ for him or did he do it himself? Why did Alex change from long pants and long sleeve shirt that day to wearing a t shirt and shorts that night? and did he change his clothes after the murders which would explain no blood on his clothes despite his claim that he touched the blood covered bodies. He didn't even have blood on his hands and if he did touch the bodies as he claims, he would et least have blood on his hands. I think he showered and changed his clothes 'after' the murders.

@Court TV What do you know about the phone call that was made to 911 at the same time Alex was calling 911, by a couple who were on the road that goes to AM's and they said that there was a man by the side of the road, covered in blood, he had what looked to be white or white/blond hair, waving his arms at them to stop, he had his trunk or hatch open, it was a black SUV. They said he looked frantic, covered in blood. The couple said it looked like a set up so they kept going. This was on the same road as AM's property, the same time that Alex was calling 911 too.

I don't place high dependency on the phones counting/not counting steps. My phone doesn't count my steps when I'm walking around in a store or when I'm mowing large yards. I wish it would because in both there is a lot of walking and I'd love to know how far I travelled. It only counts my steps when I walk to a destination. Was he holding a phone and not swinging his arm while the other was in hand of a swinging arm? That could possibly account for them not being in sync. My two cents.

There was testimony that his phone didn’t have any activity at all within a certain time frame. Prosecutors need to tighten that up and show a map with times as to where the phones were. Demonstratives with re to the cellphones are highly needed for this case. Not sure if the jury has them and the public doesn’t.
