Murano Front Seat Removal
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
This video documents steps I've taken to remove front seats from 2010 Murano LE. I had to remove the front seats to repair the torn back pockets. The pocket repair video will be uploaded soon.

This video is only to remove the front seats. The seat pocket repair video will be uploaded in 2-3 days.
Great video! It is detailed and succinct. I also found the music relaxing.

Thanks for kind words.
Great video! Very helpful, thanks.
Great video
Thank you so much for this video! I love the list of tools and step by step instructions you added. I’m able to pause it there, instead of having to go back over and over. Also, the explanation of the clips! That would have really caused me some grief. Question, on the pin on rear left side, did it just come straight out or was there any extra steps with it? Assuming I’ll be better off with an impact drill too.

The long PIN on the back on the seat is not secured with anything. It just lifts out without any issues.

I had to reset the airbag light afterwards. And I have a separate video in that. It’s in separate video because the light came on after few days.
im tryna fix the switch on the passenger side do those panels just pop out or do i have to take the seat out?

Removing seat is quiet easy otherwise it might be more difficult to replace switches with limited access.
Thanks for the video. I had an issue after I placed the seat back in and connected. airbags light kept flashing even after connecting 😐 please let me know if you know what is needed

I have a 2013 Nissan Rogue and it doesn’t have the screw in the back,there’s two pins how do I get it out without a screw

All cars have 4 bolts holding front seat. Move the seat all the way forward and look closely at rails where seat slides and you should see a bolt/screw on each rail. Note that some Nissan use torx bit screws on the back. It’s there for sure.

It’s hard because the seat doesn’t move something is stuck in the track so it’s hard for me to see the bolts,🤦🏻♂️😂

@@brandonthompson2165 Both front seats are stuck? If not look at the one that is not. Move the seat all the way to the front and you should be able to see the bolt head likely inside the track to hold the seat down.

Are you talking about the rear bottom of the front seat pockets? At what time mark are those 2 holes you are referring to shown in my video?

@@DIYLifeSkills they aren’t in your video for some reason underneath my 2 front seat it looks like some sort of vent Is coming from the floor of the car
@DIYLifeSkills

@@HeSnappedTho If you are referring to the vent outlet coming from the floor below the front seats, those are heating vents for rear seats. You can see it in my other video at 36 second mark. kzread.info/dash/bejne/apuYt9GtZNvbd9o.html

@@DIYLifeSkills yes thank so I was wondering what it was. Do these vents only output heat and not ac? I switched the system to floor mode and didn’t feel anything come out but it was on ac
@DIYLifeSkills

@@HeSnappedTho Yeah, that's heat only. The AC should come out of the vents near the door wall for back seats.
