It has been a busy summer across the province with the Munster age-grade representative squads preparing for their respective Interprovincial campaigns.
The Interpro series for Munster’s U19 Boys, U18 Boys Schools, U18 Boys Clubs and U18 Girls squads all kick off in August.
This month, all squads will participate in a residential camp at the University of Limerick which will involve the use of the facilities in the High Performance Centre which includes pitch sessions and gym work in addition to workshops around nutrition and sports psychology.
We caught up with newly appointed U18 girls head coach Noel O' Meara to talk about the importance of these residential camps and what is next for the girls as they continue their preparations for the upcoming interprovincial championships.
