Alamjeet is an 18 year old boy and son of a talented Phulkari artisan “Laxmi ji”. Laxmi ji started learning phulkari and going to training centre when her children were very young. Laxmi ji had a difficult time managing her family and work initially. as time passes, Alamjeet took the lead and started supporting her mother
Alamjeet helped her mother in household chores and sometimes adjusted so that her mother don’t get burdened. Alamjeet is an inspiration for the younger generation and he is becoming a fuel for her mother’s journey of empowerment
