Mumbai's Famous Kachumber salad Sandwich | Indian Street Food
Mumbai street food is known for it's innovation in sandwiches and this is one unique variety of sandwich served at Dashrath Sandwich in Borivali. All the vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, cabage is finely chopped using a big knife and mixed cheese to make a Kachumber sandwich filling. Never understood the extreme obsession of Butter and Cheese in Indian Street food.
Addition of extreme cheeze butter and cream is really killer
Everything was good until he didn't add that extra cheese and cream in the end. It would kill the actual spicy taste and veggies taste.

Those sandwiches look nice, but he really needs to get a cutting board, just a wooden board, you can clearly see that after many times of use, the table is getting scraped from it's coating.
