Tried it..n added some of my variations, eg 3 onions, 4 green chillies, a pinch of chat masala..coriander leaves, rest all perfect!! Thanks a ton!!!!

Garlic kabhi bhi baad main nai dalna chiye, kacche rahe jayega. By the way bhurji main garlic dalne ka koi jarurat nahi hai. Tomato n Onion kafi hai n thoda green chillies .
