Definitely useful adding the captions , as I’m a mum myself in bed trying to be quiet and not wake the bubs.

@@ells1796Just a piece of advise, with napping noises. It's ok, because the alternative is children become noise sensitive, but if they can sleep through the laundry going, dish washer, doorbell ringing, phone ringing, vacuuming, timer on oven, microwave, etc. they are in a deeper, even rem sleep. That's the good stuff and you want them to have that. Life goes on when nap time and bed time comes around......enjoy, maybe nap too.
I am loving these longer vlogs. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love your TikToks, but they always leave me wanting more. So I am so happy that you are now doing KZread as well. Your videos make me happy!!!

Hearing “eat your crusts they make your hair curly” makes me want to cry 😭 I’m 25 now and that’s what my mum and dad always said to me when I was little too!! (Little did they know I didn’t like having curly hair so it deterred me even more from eating the crusts - it didn’t work, my hair is still curly) brb gonna go tell my parents I love them
Oh gosh. Charlie feeding olive, I think we all gagged a bit. Ha ha. Poor lil baby 😂
Sophie’s face watching Olivia eat 😩😩😩 just so sweet!
No that David Lloyd price is absolutely outrageous 😂 Also the heated clothes horse thing is a must in the winter!

I use a humidifier during the winter to dry my washing. Just put it by the clothes horse in an utility room or small room, and it is dry in no time. It's really inexpensive to run! You can get a cover to go over the clothes horse with the humidifier inside. It is much quicker than the heated clothes rail.

Not sure if you are looking for ideas for content but if you are, would be great to hear more about your relationship with food, it seems to be so healthy and intuitive.

And the children can swim with their own memberships. I think it cost us £500 each child to get the under 18 memberships for them and the teeny barn is fantastic!
I use David Lloyd and it is pricey but I do love the family vibe at ours. Lots of children’s parties events on. I found the crèche great but agree when I had two ages I found it really hard to actually use it. Now they are both kids club age it works better. Our crèche is open 3 hours and we can book max 2 hours. 1 hour is definitely not enough!

I've just had my American niece and nephews visit ireland for the last few weeks. I've sent them back to America using irish words which for the most part are the same as English, crisps, rubbish, toilet etc etc. The amount of words that are different are unreal. We actually say sun cream which must be an Irish thing!!

Virgin active, cheaper and more freedom with the crèche. We swapped while ago but I’m in Essex I imagine they have them where you are :) very similar facilities including spa
Literally the cutest baby. ❤
What a treat getting to watch one of your videos. Caroline, that Jim subscription is extortionate, I think they’re charging you the Surrey yummy mummy price. I’ve heard that PureGym is very reasonable. You can get very efficient. Tumble dryer is now that have like a a category energy rating. I will definitely not go back to drying with a clotheshorse. Unfortunately I don’t have a garden or balcony as I’m on the first floor. so my dryer is a lifesaver in the winter.
Yes please to captions! I struggle without them
Lol I remember I was told eating your crust will make your hair curly but there was a girl down the road from us with the most crazy curls that her parents did not know how to maintain and my little 5 year old self thought that was how my hair would go so I refused to eat my crusts for that reason 🤣 that backfired on my mum

Grandma actually is correct about chiropractors :D there is no conclusive scientific evidence of chiropractic treatment working, but there are loads of evidence on them not doing something correctly and messing up like CRAZY. there are certified doctors and physiotherapists who can help instead.

Not sure where abouts in Surrey you are - but Nuffield health Sunbury is brilliant. They have a crèche/nursery attached, but can’t account for how good it is. And it’s far, far cheaper.
I go to the gym at the local university hun in Bournemouth, it’s a cheaper option, no crèche but u will get discount on holiday clubs which they can go to from quite young. Have a look at ur local university. It’s ridiculously good value. You’re paying for the David Lloyd brand rather than the facilities. I love ur channel by the way xx
In the UK winter, I peg all my clothes onto coat hangers and hang them in the windows over the radiators to dry. Dries a load or two over night.

Love your videos - mum from Scotland here of a 2yo and an 8week old - id love a tantrum/crying video and how you deal with it I’ve not a clue and you just know what you’re doing - make me feel sane I can’t even get out of the house with the 2 of them 😫😖🫣 💚
I have a minky XL airer (non heated, think I got it from Argos) it’s amazing!!! Definitely recommend if you replace your normal airer it’s huge
Love your video's! ( Also mum of 3 children, the youngest one is 3 months old) much love from The Netherlands
Love how Sophie wants to learn the English words ❤ I say sun cream 😂 Sun tan lotion to me is what you'd use to fake tan. Don't move to the seaside Caroline, I moved from West Yorkshire to Scarborough 12 yrs ago and I've lost half my hair. The water is terrible, every one used to say "you've too much hair Melissa, it's so thick" No I've thin hair 😢
not being pedantic but … a humidifier adds moisture 😳 it’s a de-humidifier that will remove the moisture. It’s a great tip and really speeds up the drying time, we had a very small utility room, put the dehumidifier and a really really small portable radiator in the center, on the lowest setting and hung the clothing on the drying racks, closed off the room over night and everything was dry and fresh by morning, we were in student accommodation with no drier 🙃 love your channel ! love watching your family grow 😊 I am a brit living in san diego 🇬🇧🇺🇸
Heated airers are awesome. I got a lake land one but off ebay, they have a shop on there and it was a return but works great and half the price!
You are never too old for the rip, lm over 50 and still rocking those ripped jeans. I agree with your mum about chiropractors 😊
Could you talk about any differences between parenting in the UK vs the US? I'm from the UK but when I was a nanny in the US I found it such a culture shock and ended up following a lot of the American childcare standards. Since returning to the UK, I don't think most of their approaches wouldn't work in our culture and would be pretty hard to keep up when all the other parents/kids around you are doing something so different - interested on your thoughts!
@Mummysflippinhouse
5 күн бұрын
Yeah I think it’s very different. It’s a lot more relaxed here. The things I would let my kids do in the USA used to make people gasp. I also think kids are aloud to be in a lot more ‘grown up’ spaces here in the uk. That being said, some people probably prefer that in the USA. Just different cultures and how you are used to things
Olivia is the cutest baby I have ever seen!!

I agree with your Mum about chiropractors(my husband went to one that should have had him screened because of his pain not going away after being adjusted, he had Non-Hotchkins Lymphoma, it broke through his sternum and presented itself the size of his fist on his chest between his shoulder blades, he survived a year and 5 days after diagnosis, passing away at 43 yrs young when our son was 4 years old). Will be 26 yrs this December since Patrick died. His passing away, gutted us.....We miss him terribly. So, yeah, no chiropractors! Get sorted with tests and such with a real Dr.😊❤
