I've realised that from watching you over the years I've slowly become better at taking care of and indulging myself. There's literally no benefit to being a big martyr..we all have 5, 10, 15 minutes in the day to do something nice for ourselves.

Jamie I just have to say what a treat it is to watch your journey into motherhood. You don’t focus on the negative you enjoy every moment. Every part of being a mum is so short lived and you are inspirational to other new mums. My boys are 16 and 18 and I would go through the pregnancies and births again to spend a few days with my babies it passes in a blur. You are a fantastic mum and Romie is so lucky to have you, Jack, Drogba and Juno. Sending so much love to you all. Oh and I got loads of Vieve goodies from Santa and I love them all. Xxxxxx

Mama don’t worry about the choking/coughing sounds she makes while eating! Babies make faces and sounds that are alarming when they try out unfamiliar textures, and it’s all part of their little brains figuring out new experiences! Even if they don’t seem to like a new taste or texture, keep offering in new ways and you’ll avoid a picky eater. Love how engaged and sweet you are with her ♥️♥️♥️

QLovely content! Becoming a mum is just unexplainable. I had to replace the fruit feeders 3+ times thats how much my little one love it. Not to be a excitement killer but those ducks you use in the bath can collect mould inside. At one point i was baffled to why there are black bits floating around! Im sure i thoroughly cleaned the bath. Then noticed as the little one had bitten down on the duck it released the mould!!

Such a relaxing routine 😊 love it! The rash looks similar to the perioral dermatitis I've had before that occasionally pops up around my eyes and on my chin. I'm no doctor but eating more fiber like oatmeal, applesauce, fruit, and squash really helped clear it up. Other KZreadrs mentioned increasing fiber to help clear their rash as well. Not sure if that's what you have but worth a shot since it's so easy to incorporate without having to use steroid creams.

Lovely to see your nighttime routine. My baby girl is about to turn 6 months old in a couple of days. A regular strict routine is the best for babies. I’ve been sleep training my baby since she was 6-8 weeks old, adjusting her routine to accommodate her age and needs- it’s been the best thing for her. I had no 4 month sleep regression and she slowly weened off nighttime feeds by herself. She sleeps 11-12 hours over night now and has 2-3 naps during the day. She goes down for naps and night sleep in her cot in her own room with no fuss or issues and falls asleep on her own. I recommend to everyone to do a routine/schedule sleep training as definitely makes things easier as a first time mum. 😊 You’re doing a fantastic job!

I also had crazy postpartum hair loss too, luckily mine has slowed down as well. The regrowth around my hair line is insane though! So much baby hair sticking up everywhere 😂

Try mashed avocado (and don't be afraid to season with a little salt & onion or garlic powder) MY babies GOBBLED that up..super healthy too!

Wee tip for hot soup. Put an ice cube in it.

With your skin breaking out a little if it helps I’m the exact same length of time postpartum as you (minus one day lol) and my skin has recently been doing similar to this too I’ve put it down to hormones because I also haven’t changed anything! Mix foods she doesn’t favor with foods she does. Especially bananas bc it over powers other things. I use to “trick” my kids with that. Best mom hack ever food wise.

How old is the little one my grandson just turn 7 month my daughter keeps worrying that he's going to choke he shoves food in so it's scared her 😂but I've told her she needs to keep at it . Giving foods is around 6 months still isn't it ??? Xxxx

A lot of people don’t feel comfortable sharing their sleep training methods as it’s such a controversial topic but I sleep trained my 7mo and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I ever did! He absolutely loves going to bed now and sleeps 7-7. It can be expensive but I used Just Chill Baby Sleep and honestly it took 1 night. The older they get the harder it can be so if you want a peaceful, stress free bed time, start now x

those patches are perioral dermatitis

The rash looks like its perioral dermatitis. I’ve been to the derm so many times for it. It’s relentless and it seems that nobody knows the cause or cure.
