Cool tutorial ! Can you make video wis variation ? For exempel. The 3 balls multiplex wis kiking, wis slyde, pingouin, or more.
Matan, I keep coming back to this tutorial - especially the 1:06 and 1:20 drills. Also the 5 ball drills - in fact the 4 balls drills too. Would you consider a slower tutorial using different colour balls and maybe breaking then down into simpler progressions. Keep inspiring Sorry I miss your twitch, time difference to UK means it is usually late at night here - and I don't see the message that you are live till the following morning
new to juggling and I've never seen those notations before, how do I begin to learn to understand that? Do I need to be good at math to understand those?

That's siteswap notation, it is mathematical and I found that it's not tha teasy to learn but there are good explanation books and even guides on the internet I think :)

You do not need to be good at maths to understand siteswap notation. I recommend this series of tutorials if you would like to learn it: kzread.info/dash/bejne/pIuFurGBnpbZp5s.html

I think you have misnamed the last five ball multiplex trick 525[22]2[345] would be an asymmetric pattern since it is even length. I think you are doing [345]25[22]2 which is symmetrical as it is odd length and the multiplex throws alternate hands.
