So I am not a doctor, but what you are describing sounds like textbook depersonalization, a form of dissociation. Over half of all US adults experience dissociation at least once in their life, so isolated incidents are not as concerning. But what you describe doesn’t sound like an isolated incident and based on previous video descriptions you seem to be having a difficult time the past few months. If these feelings are repetitive then it’s definitely something you should see a doctor about. Leaving it alone can allow it to become worse and possibly develop into an actual disorder. I know you don’t know me, but I have been following you a while and do care for you. I want you to be happy and healthy. If you need a friend to talk to, want help finding a doctor, or anything really I would gladly help. I’ve had my share of mental health challenges and traumas in my life. Zero judgement. Just know that you aren’t alone and that even someone random on the internet who barely knows you cares.
