Quick question: What is it called when a gas station has a built in fast food restaurant attached to it?? For example, a 7 eleven or any gas station with a baskin robbins , dunkin donuts or a subway inside it similar to a Walmart having a built in fast food restaurant in C.R.E terms / language?? Could you please make a KZread video thoroughly explaining & talking about the topic in detail? I hope you know what I'm trying to say. Im looking to someday invest in one of those properties at some point in time. I need the answer ASAP please. He

Still commercial real estate. Most of those type places are under NNN lease. He has vids for those too.
