Production value for this short drama is pretty high. The acting is all so natural and not the least bit awkward. Storyline is also well thought out with good dialogues which touched me so many times. I love it to the moon and stars. It's so good!!!

I am glad that this syory actually made the ML work his way back to the FL...it was hilarious and worth

I've seen a lot of people say this plot normalizes abusive - doormat relationships that keep East Asian women in thrall to the historical second class status of women, but I'm starting to think differently. Look at the outcomes. When she was the doormat obedient housewife, the husband couldn't care less about her and actively despised her. When she was herself, that is, an intelligent modern woman who didn't accept disrespect from ANYone and who solved her own problems as far as possible, the husband became intrigued and eventually fell in love with her. It seems the message is, Don't be a doormat or your husband and family will walk all over you and look down on you for it. The takeaway for modern young women is that women who are independent and self-respecting are more likely to get and keep their men.

You got a point. In a way that can be one of the messages. But, haven't you thought what his behavior means from the perspective of human values? What about respect, compasion and consideration? In my opinion, she was not a dormat. All I see is that she was taking care of him and her personality was submissive. All what she did for him while she was a "dormat" are ways to show affection and interest in him. In my country is common to do that and more because we are into skinship and PDA, is normal. If he disliked her for being "dormat" what a man of honor shoukd do? Be honest without humiliate her, thanking her for showing that she cares for the relationship but he doesnt feel the same toward her and that's why he wants to divorce. But neglecting her, being cold, distant and ignoring her just because she was "dormat" isnt okay at all. Big RED FLAG. And regarding her submissveness, a good Master in the BDSM community would appreciate very much her personality.

@@annak.5477 Not saying his behaviour was okay. Just saying ONLY focusing on his behaviour means you may miss an empowerment message. Also, whatever SHE thought she was doing by being submissive, it was obviously wrong for their relationship. She certainly didn't make him happy that way. He was at best indifferent to her, or bored... at worst he found her annoying. Additionally her behaviour allowed her family to lie about her for years, maligning her character in his eyes. If her goal was to improve his life with her love, she not only didn't succeed; she actually enabled him to be a worse person than he would otherwise have become. I personally didn't view him as a man of honor, but his relationship with her the first time round certainly did not make him a better person.

The ML and FL have great chemistry!! Enjoyable to watch. 💯 I understand that the ML was not good to FL in the beginning but I see the storyline as redemption for both. FL became her honest self after rebirth and ML learned to be less arrogant and self centered after divorce. Along with forgiveness and getting married again makes for an uplifting drama. 🥰👍

It was so refreshing to see a woman like the ML's sister stand up for her. What she said was true!! Also funny how every time FL says something hurtful to him, the next scene is him drinking heavily and his sister either advises him or reprimands him. 😅😅

Thank God just this drama is different in the occupation of the FL because almost every such dramas has designers as FL or employee at ceo company but biochemist is a new one

I like this version. Well acted, and there is a lot of growth and realization on the ML's part. FL gets strong and realizes she can't lose herself in a relationship. Love the Sis-in-Law! *I think the husband didn't realize the accident was really serious in the beginning. There's a comment later on that the FL was originally very capricious. Not excusing his behaviour, but I'm wondering if he thought she was pretending to be hurt? (In some other versions of this plot, the FL had a history of setting up dramatic situations in order to try and get the ML's attention)

This ML has masculine authority on him, i always watch his dramas eventho he sometimes got very bad n cruel role, but he's soo attractive n manly, it's hard to resist him

FINALLY! A supportive sister in law and in law family! So many dramas with the in-laws being horrible. Very refreshing

At least in this story the ML didn't cheat and betrayed her for another woman, the cold treatment due to his prejudice against her thought she's as greedy as her lousy parents...and the actors well suit to play couple - he's cool reserved yet funny in his pursuit of his wife, she's beautiful and simple not heavily make up or wore a sexy or shabby outfits

True, always gets me how the stories start off with a young, timid little field mouse of a wife, being forced into a marriage by overbearing greedy family members, who is everyone's wet doormat, then suddenly becomes a famous, in demand, Dr or jewellery designer or whatever, that nobodies ever seen, where and when did they ever get the learning and skills for these professions, that would take years to achieve. Don't understand the thinking of these writers for these plots.

Storyline is good, casting is good especially ML is really good skill

I am a bit torn on this one, he obviously was an uncaring arsehole during her first life, but he was forced to marry her and she acted like a pathetic doormat with zero dignity, who for some reason, despite being a genius scientist decided to be a stay at home wife and devote her entire time to being a nanny to her husband. She dressed like frumpy nana and didn't seem to brush her hair. Once reborn she is a completely different person, while initially he missed his nanny, I think her standing up for her self to various bully's in her life, cleared up some misunderstandings. She is a competent and beautiful woman now and doesn't take any crap. If she can be a different person in this time line, I guess so can he. Having said this, I do wish she had chosen to stay single, but this is a c drama, the FLs forgive and take back, rapist, murderers and abusers. This MLs cold indifference makes him seem almost a catch. 🤣

The female lead have no self-worth and values in life and self-esteem because if she did she wouldn't get back together with her husband after everything he did to her and put her through and what makes it worst that he didn't care that his wife was dieing in an ambulance on the way to the hospital and the female got a second chance at life to start over to make a better life for herself and she throw it away by getting back together with her husband after know he didn't care that she was dieing on the way to the hospital.

Там руководят родители, дети не имеют голоса. И одной не получится быть, там забьют до смерти, если дочь не принесет выгоду в семью. Устои такие, что в последствии муж дочери обязан содержать её родителей на высоком материальном уровне. А те вообще не стараются, что либо заработать, тянут деньги с зятя. Если бы такого не было, то родители не насиловали детей выходить замуж по материальному достатку. А так каждый хочет продать свою дочь в богатую семью и пофиг им на чувства детей.

❤it. I ❤that she became stronger after rebirth. I ❤ that the ML had to pursue her, instead of always the opposite. ❤ the humor. ML asking "Wasn't i handsome," whenever he tried to impress the FL Some negative comments i don't agree. This is a short drama. Do we wait weeks to continue watching, because someone came out of a comma and now walking??? I loved it all. Including the handsome ML. Congrats to all.

I get that but he shouldn’t have married her in the first place he says he was forced but nobody can force marriage if you believe that and he was forced then he wouldn’t dare ask for a divorce and also he could have clearly investigated or asked and not listen to his secretary. The thing is also when she first leaves the only thing he misses is her being his personal maid. He is cruel, cold violence is still violence.

I actually liked this series. The plot is similar to the miniseries 'love after divorce '... But I like this better. The ML is oh so handsome, and dznt give any justifications for his abusive behaviour due to misunderstanding... The ML's sister is a refreshing addition to the plot who scolds the ML and tells him he deserves to be divorced. Also, I liked the dialogue which was something like... Behaving coldly with your spouse is also domestic violence.... On the whole, I ll probably be watching this again sometime soon... And plz make more shows with the ML. Hez so good-looking, manly and can act well. ❤

Doesn't matter if we're blood or not, if you're in the wrong and you know what you're doing is wrong... I'm gonna tell it to you like it is bc you wasn't crying and feeling sorry for yourself when you were doing those things, so don't get all in your feelings now. If you feel hurt, just imagine how she must've been feeling this whole time. Like his sister said, emotional abuse is a form of domestic violence(he was a little physical with her too). Just like emotional cheating is still cheating and probably worse than physically cheating. Another thing ppl don't realize or understand is that after someone has gone through the process of healing and have moved on, that doesn't mean they have to go back to that person. You can still love or have love for someone... FROM AFAR!

this drama doesn't make it obvious, but his grovelling likely happened over a long span of time, right? if i think about how long it logically takes for drugs to be developed, to go for clinical trials, etc. and the cooling off period added as well...?? and then after the divorce... that dude who woke up from the coma also was rehabilitated (walking and whatnot), that probably took a while too. im glad he grovelled in public, too (i.e. via the media) because his embarrassing her was known by everyone, so his nonsense must be known by everyone too.
