In unserem heutigen Animationsvideo zeigen wir Ihnen einen Ausschnitt aus der Montage von Elektromotoren. Speziell geht es hier um das parallele Einpressen von zehn Elektromagneten in einen Rotor. Diese Anwendung haben wir mit unserer neuen Pressensteuerung UFM RX realisiert und für Sie in Szene gesetzt.
Unser Kunde hat sich für unsere UFM RX entschieden, da er mit nur einem Controller alle zehn Sensoren gleichzeitig überwachen kann. Über die webbasierte Software bekommt er den individuellen Kraft-Weg-Verlauf für jeden der zehn Sensoren angezeigt, sowie die Überwachung des internen Sensors für die Gesamtkraft der Servopresse. Wird ein Prozessparameter verletzt, oder tritt bei einem der Sensoren eine Überlast auf, stoppt das Programm und weiterer Schaden wird vermieden.

In our today's animation video 🎬 we show you an excerpt from the assembly of electric motors. In particular, it is about the parallel pressing of ten electromagnets into a rotor. We have realized this application with our new press control UFM RX and have put it on the scene for you.
Our customer has chosen our UFM RX because he can monitor all ten sensors simultaneously with only one controller. Via the web-based software he gets the individual force-distance curve for each of the ten sensors displayed, as well as the monitoring of the internal sensor for the total force of the servo press. If a process parameter is violated, or if an overload occurs with one of the sensors, the program stops and further damage is prevented.
