brother there is another course by same faculty on IIT Roorke channel in operation management where sir had extensive explained about formulas and their derivations . I advice you to checkout that video once .

this. is push methodology where installation 1 always push Q1-Q2 to next stage .. what will happen if its pull and Stage 2 pull whenever its required ?

It's actually very easy to follow if you are well versed with EOQ inventory model for a single firm...and he assumes we know it.
