Mulla nasruddin was an epic series. Never I had missed even one episode. I used to glued in front of our old ONIDA tv. Watched each & every serials between 1985 to 1998. Every Sunday morning & rest of weekdays at evenings.

Those days we had nothing yet we felt we had everything and were so happy. These days we have everything yet we feel we have nothing and are missing the purity, simplicity and joy of life. Woh din itne peechey kaise choot gaye??? In a couple of decades how things changed so drastically! Anyway, we are fortunate to have experienced the beautiful old times of DD and its charming stories.

So true!! It feels like life has become empty and a rat-race to run after material things while sacrificing the little joys we used to have growing up in those old days. Everything and everyone is so superficial now a days. Meaningful connections are a rarity and simplicity of living has gone extinct.

Such wonderful memories we have of our growing days and much obliged Doordarshan for uploading these classics.

I m in boat of nostalgia... Please please upload all old did series.. I still remember the cartoons which I used to watch I. Evening and on Sunday's morning... I still remember tarang and specially tarram too one of my best favorite till now.. I feel so good when I go back in those golden days.. Still all memories alive in my mind.. I wish I can live that again... For that m ready to loose everything..

I was hardly 3 to 4 years old when I used to watch this serial on TV. It was there in my mind since long I doesn't know the name of serial nor the name of the character.
