i like it when jia gets a bit nerdy. this and sap casters are such cool series. hopefully we'll see more of it.

Good overall analysis, but totally wrong on tossing the quest on general grounds, such as 'match won't last long enough' or 'it's a straight up race'. If looking for specific reasons such as maximizing chances to get Viper vs Weapon Rogue that's fine you can toss the quest because you have a very specific good reason, but DO NOT toss the quest for generic 'it's a damage race' reasons. It only takes 6 damage spells to complete the quest, and you often need the quest reward to close out the game. Plus on the turn you play Tavish (a respectable 7/7) you're threatening additional 7 damage per turn from the minion.

Quest hunter needs to be banned. It is basicly Solitaire and punishes any deck playing minions heavily.
