a collector must not be like haridas because he is vulnerable to emotional blackmailing and has no backbone. when he raise voice against injustice he simply express his emotions but he has no emotional quotient. he is not capable of holding such a responsible position. initially he try to acquire the land occupied by the hotel owner. but later he succumb to his father in law's and brother in law's threat of divorcing his sister shoba and concede to their demand. throughout the film he is such an incapable man who fail to act according to his conscience due to his vulnerability to emotional blackmailing of those around him. He wish for good things but is incapable of fighting against the evil and threats. He do not even arrest and detain his brother who instigate violence and killings despite knowing that his brother is the sole creator of the violent killings that is going to be happen. Instead of arresting, detaining and preventing his brother from doing these killings, he let him freely move in the society, beg him not to do any violence and show all cheap sentiments and at the same time take urgent action to send the crpf force to face the armed attack by throwing them to the face of death. still he do not arrest his brother. if we analyze his character closely we can see that he is not a hero with all goodness but is only a vulnerable man with emotional weakness and lacks commanding power and control over his life. Those who know his weakness exploits him (his family members). The lesson is that one should live according to his conscience and take wise decisions without letting oneself vulnerable to others' emotional blackmailing. He is a message to the society that one should act with backbone and live according to his conscience. if not, one may end up like haridas.

Joseph Alex Thevallipprambil IAS is bold to do his work and he has no matter to any thing against to the corrected people politicians or other government employees. Note that , this is cinema. But a family man like Hari Das can't does like that. Because HariDas is attacked by his own family members and politicians. How much a man can suffer from . He always alone in his life and service. First of all he is a sensitive man. Anyway the two pictures are good good and give a message to the community.

@@sreekumariammas6632 a strong personality cannot be attacked by family members. his family members very well know his weak points and use emotional blackmailing to make him to do whatever they want. in this case, haridas is sentimental and is vulnerable to cheap inappropriate demands of his relatives. he is a person who rule a district but cannot rule his own house (he do not know what is going on in his house; what his brother do by exploiting him, where his sister goes - hotel. he immerse his head in the file and trust that his mother will manage the house and his brother and sister are very sincere and innocent. He is not alone. he has a sincere lover and a wise man who is the father of his lover. but after joining the training, he never contact them for 2 years. he just make a casual visit to the college on the way. even after that he do not try to contact his lover to spend any personal moments with her as they had done when he taught in the college. he do not share his worries about the sister with his lover. if he had she and her father could have given any wise advise and could have saved him from the clutches of the character played by jagannathavarma and his son.

എല്ലാം നല്ലതു . അഭിനയം, സ്ക്രിപ്റ്റ്. പക്ഷെ കഥയും കോസ്റ്റുംസും ഒഴിച്ച് . ഈ സിനിമ പൊളിയാൻ കാരണം കഥയില്ലാത്ത കഥയാണ്. ഒരു ഐഎഎസ് കാരനു വ്യക്തിത്വത്തിൽ ഒരു മിനിമം നിലവാരം വേണം. സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ട് കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളുടെ ഇഷ്ടത്തിന് പ്രണയം വേണ്ടെന്നു വെയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടിവന്ന നായകനെ അവതരിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഥാനായകൻ ഐഎഎസ് കാരനാക്കി . അയാൾ എടുക്കുന്ന തീരുമാനങ്ങളൊക്കെ സാധാരണ മണ്ടന്മാർ പോലും ചെയ്യാത്തത്. ഇമോഷണൽ ബ്ലാക്‌മെയിലിംഗിന് വിധേയനാകാൻ മാത്രം ഒരു നായകൻ. അയാളൊഴിച്ചു ബാക്കിയുള്ളവരൊക്കെ ബുദ്ധിമാന്മാർ. (ജഗന്നാഥവർമ്മയുടെയും ഗണേഷിന്റെയും കഥാപാത്രങ്ങൾ സൃഷിടിക്കുന്ന ട്രാപ്പിലും, ആശ്രിതരായ അനുജന്റെയും, അമ്മയുടെയും അനുജത്തിയുടെയും കണ്ണീരിലും ആക്രോശത്തിലും വീഴുന്ന കഥാപാത്രം ) , മറ്റുള്ള കഥാപാത്രങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾക്കനുസരിച്ചു പാവയായി നിൽക്കുന്ന പാവം ഐഎഎസ് കാരനായ നായകൻ. ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു ഐഎഎസ് കാരനെ കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിക്കാനാകുമോ. ഇത്രയ്ക്കും നിലവാരമില്ലാത്ത വ്യക്തിത്വം. ഇയാളൊക്കെ എങ്ങനെ UPSC പരീക്ഷ പാസ്സാക്കിയെന്നു പ്രേക്ഷകർ ചിന്തിക്കുക സ്വാഭാവികം. അത് ലോഹിതദാസ് ചിന്തിച്ചില്ല. എന്നിട്ടു നായകനെ നല്ലവനാക്കാൻ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളെ കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തുക. ഇതൊരു clueless കഥ. പക്ഷെ സ്ക്രിപ്റ്റും അഭിനയവും ഗംഭീരമായതു കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം ആളുകൾ കണ്ടിരുന്നു.
