এটা সংবিধান বিরোধী মন্তব্য করেছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী আইন ও বিচার ব্যবস্থার বিরুদ্ধে যদি সঠিক পদক্ষেপ না নিলে বিচার ব্যবস্থার বিরুদ্ধে মানুষের আস্ত্যা থাকবে না।

কেজরিওয়ালের মতো সর্বক্ষেত্রে মেগা দূর্নীতির দায়ে এ্যারেস্ট করে সিবিআই এর হেফাজতে নিয়ে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করে তিহার জেলে পাঠানো দরকার নাহলে এর নাচুনি- কুদুনি কমবেনা।

এই ভাবে কোর্টের রায় নিয়ে বলে যাবে তারপর ও কোর্ট ব্যবস্থা না নেয় তাহলে আগামী দিনে কোর্ট না থাকায় ভালো।

বাংলার খেটে খাওয়া গরিব মানুষদের জন্য হাইকোর্টের কঠিন পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া প্রয়োজন। নাহলে বিচারব্যবস্থার উপর আস্থা হারিয়ে যাবে।

হাইকোর্টের কড়া পদক্ষেপ দেখতে চাই.

সাধারণ মানুষ কোর্টকে নিয়ে কোন বিরুপ মন্তব্য করলে পুলিশ তাকে পাকরাও করবে কিন্তু কোর্টের বিচারপতিদের কাছে আমার প্রশ্ন যে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী, অভিষেক ব্যনার্জী ও কুনাল ঘোষ কি আইনের উর্ধে ? কি বলছেন বিচারক রা। কোর্ট ও বিচারপতি কি ঠুটৌ জগন্নাথ ? তাদের হাতে কি কোন খমতা নেই ?

This is nothing compared to how she went on to justify the rape and murder of a 14 year old girl. She claimed the girl had an affair and was pregnant. That was an insult to all our young precious girls. Why was no cognizance taken at that time?

We respect the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of India and respect their Justice from the bottom of our hearts. The High Court should not be used as a toy. Be it any Chief minister Or Anyone the High Court must take some action against them. I must respect the High Court. And if someone turns the respect of the court into a disrespect , he has to do the funereal ( শ্রাদ্ধে) through the court. We look at Calcutta Law Revue (KLR) with respect and use it as a reference in the outside world. The court contempt application of the learned lawyer will be accepted by His Excellency the judge will really explain the establishment of law all over the world and give due punishment to those who have contempt of court, so that the court contempt order. We hope that it sets precedents around the world.
