I felt like I knew him emotionally because I felt like I could relate to him and his emotions. And that’s my fault for attaching myself to him but that’s the best decision I probably have ever made on my own, the one thing no one could take from me accept for the world. I cried like I knew him physically but I did know him emotionally I did and that shit hurts. Damn it’s like XXXTENTACION all over again may both of these beautiful angels Rest In Peace.

As a 13 year old who is struggling with body dysmorphia, Anxiety, Depression, and an eating disorder this video really helped me to be able to know Im not alone and that’s something I need to learn. I got diagnosed depression and anxiety in 7th grade (last year) Becuase let’s just say I wasn’t doing good in 7th grade and being 12 and going through what I was and not having family there to fully support me I have to rely on my friends and social media ALOT because I can’t rely on the people around me. So saying what I’m saying, I’m super proud of both of you and I know you can do it. We all can. It’s hard but it has to be done so we can be healthier and happier and that’s what we want in life. Also whoever is reading this I love you and go take care of yourself. You look so gorgeous/handsome/pretty today

@Winnie Hossler kinda because she insulted the whole of my religion throwing it back to the quran, and i know she apologised but to me it was just “sorry i got caught”. she claimed to be muslim, and that might be true but, she played it off our religion was some kind of joke, having boyfriends and making the type of videos she makes pretty much, none of that’s actually allowed in islam. it hurts me so much to see how much people support her, which is fine if she has become a better person but meanwhile most muslims still haven’t gotten the apology they really deserve. what she did still hurts me to this day. i can only imagine how it’d would’ve went if she said the n word, which i know is nothing like what she did but, they’re both racist, and they would both hurt a large ammount of her audience, which it did when she threw it back to the quran.

the fact that i can relate to nessa in so many ways even when it comes to the same disorders as nessa. i never eat anymore but im happy their both bringing this to the media and using their platform to educate us in this matter

RIP to this beautiful and gentle soul. I loved watching him & how he was open about mental health and addiction. 💙

This friendship is everything. The comfort level Nessa and Cooper both have when they’re together is so refreshing to see. So inspiring to hear them share their personal struggles. “If I worked out everyday for a year straight I would still see the same”. Yep I ive had an eating disorder for the past 3 years and at the beginning of 2020 I decided to start doing workout challenges thinking I’d feel better if I just worked out but it honestly but made my eating disorder worse. I became even more obsessed with how I looked , and abused exercise. I worked out everyday for a year and ended up hating my self even more. I am glad that you guys are talking about this though because I have no one to talk to about it and hearing you guys talk about it and me being able to relate made me feel like I was talking to someone about it.

I hope ur feeling better, because I really know what ur going trough. I used to eat and then directly workout to burn all calories I‘ve eaten or just skip eating in the evening or morning. My whole day was just working out, judging myself, then eat, work out again and all the time I was worried about my weight. However I hope ur doing a little better now. Wish u the best❤️

@@mxnxxfxgxyxx7146 Honestly this is the best I've been in 2 years, I'm definitely overcoming the eating struggles however the compulsive exercise is still an issue. I’m so proud of you both. It takes a lot of courage to get in front of a camera and talk about this stuff. I recently have been feeling bad about my body. A couple months ago I started to eat less and I started trying not to finish my plate when I ate. I would come home and throw away the lunch I didn’t eat(which was most of it). I still struggle with that but I’m trying my best. I always compare myself to other girls. The girls play sports and they are popular. They are skinny and pretty. I have dealt with so much anxiety recently. I’m scared everywhere I go all the time. I’m stressed. I feel alone. I don’t have any energy. I feel sad all the time. I don’t talk to anyone about it. My parents just say, “we give you everything you have no reason to be sad”. I just keep everything bottled up inside me. I look in the mirror and just stand there not liking what I see. Sorry if some of that didn’t make sense I just felt like I needed to somewhat let my emotions out. Seeing this video and other videos similar have really helped me. They make me realize I’m not alone. Other people are struggling too. This video was really nice. Nessa, Coop, you are both such beautiful people.

No, it made sense. Reading this comment made my cry, because this is exactly how I feel. Sometimes I look into the mirror amd cry because of what I see. My friends asked me why I’m obsessed with losing weight, but I just want to look into the mirror and be happy. And letting my emotions out is hard, because no one takes it serious. But I’m glad that I know that there is someone that understands how I feel.

I love how influencers are open and talking about mental health! I was diagnosed with adhd at age 9 and was just recently at age 17 was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. It wasn’t until I saw mads, Jaden and Nessa talking about mental health that I decided to talk to my mom and get help for anxiety. I’m on anti-depressants and I’m so much happier now. ❤️🖤

I started crying because it was literally like sitting down with you guys and talking about everything. I got diagnosed with severe anxiety disorder at 11. I went to therapy but moved so I couldn't go to them anymore. It just got worse and worse. It got to the point where I didn't go to school for 2 weeks so I got put on medication. From there I've gained anger issues which doesn't help.But I'm pushing through it. I love you guys so much! You and nessa have helped me through a lot. Thank you
