she doesn't over eat like other mukbang guys. I see the quantity, though it looks like a lot, it's something I my self could eat on my normal day when I am hungry. Moreover, she cooks all of her food by her self - though she uses oil, I think it should be free of the ultimate bad ingredients that cause problems ( i.e. food shops using fake cheese.. etc. )
