Is the bread always included? I get sick when I eat too many carbs like this so I'm so can I eat akara without bread? That's just way too much bread.

No she doesn't need the bread. You can eat the bread with the "akara" but with like 2 slices. I'm from Nigeria. That's a lot of bread for one person with other food. Lol..
