This is apparently the author's very first MUGEN character, and while I hate to sound mean, it's painfully obvious. The character can be incredibly hard to hit due to missing collisions, it has crudely drawn attack sprites, and it's a KFM spriteswap.

hi. I fixed the position of cells,i changed the cell size to 10
rows = 91
columns = 63
wrapping = 1
pos = 16,40 (fixed position)
cell.size = 10
cell.spacing = 10
How you will change cell size,cell spacing? Go open the FOLDER allstarsmugen
and open System with using NOTEPAD and search for CELL.
Now it's better point for view!
