Mugen - Kyo-213 (Normal version) vs. Kyo-213 (Boss Version) - 京-213號 (正常版) vs. 京-213號 (頭目版)
Last time I showed a boss version of Kyo-213, which pretty much featured Rugal, Krauser, Mukai, and Goenitz version, now here's the normal version of him. And yes, there is another version of Kyo-213, but that will be for another time, for now, enjoy this match.

但是我下載了這個視頻的角色(kayo-213)and stage依然無法呈現地面爆裂的效果，所以我才會認為是否要加載date資料夾裡的配件

He needs to adapt more moves. He's the "Rugal" of kyos because Rugal "Mimics" the moves of other fighters.

True, and it would be crazy AF if he has za warudo, psycho crusher, and/or proton cannon.
