As a retired RN I can't get out and dig in old dump sites or outhouse sites. I get a lot of joy, though, from watching you and Si and your friends dig for treasure❤️ I began collecting small old medicine and perfume vials and bottles after I graduated nursing school. I've loved old colored glass ever since!! You all do a fantastic job of bringing the fun to us!!

I'm envious of how mad spots of rich pickings their are where you lark, recently started metal detecting it's great fun.

I found a child size potty in the same condition, planted it with sedums and in the summer I plant livingstone daisies in the holes. It sits on an old hedgehog bootscraper the bristles long gone but they fit perfectly together. It looks fab, I nearly left it as I thought it was too far gone.😊❤

Shaker for writing set,held sand or powder to sprinkle over the ink so it wouldn't smear.

Hope you cover your holes in so animals don't fall in. The opalescence means it is sick. It may easily break when out for awhile.

Does the iridescence stay on the bottles as they get cleaned up and dry?
