Mud Girl Run Houston 2023

First Mud Girl Run and it was so much fun that I really have no other words to say besides fun. It was such a change from the races I usually run. There were so many obstacles dedicated to having fun and being less of a challenge. It was cold and windy in the morning and it had rained the night before so the course was very muddy which I think was a plus for us. :) Highly recommend running one of these if you get the chance!

Doing my 1st mud run in 2 weeks. I’m excited & nervous.
oh my goodness... My first mud Run is is on the April 21st I’m excited and nervous at the same time .
I just saw this is coming to Minneapolis and was thinking about getting some girls together. I’m a little nervous tho as I’m a clutz 🤣 Can pretty much any woman weak or strong do this? How long did it take you, well people who are slow like me, to do it? I’ve got no problem getting muddy but I’m worried it’s back breaking. I love your video as it really showed what to expect not just the fun slide and stuff.

It was a little over 3.5 miles I finished in about 1 hour and 10 minutes. I think most of the time was waiting for people to finish obstacles and trying to get through the mud. I saw every shape, size and strength of women out there so I say this is doable for anybody. The hardest part is convincing yourself to do it. I would highly recommend signing up especially with a group. I’m 1000% sure y’all will have a great time. :))

I did. I wore a GoPro on my head. :) I wanted to record my first Mud Girl and I’m glad I did. Have fun! It’s such a great run!

Women of all shapes, sizes and ages are at the race and I’m probably the only person actually running because I’m crazy. Everyone is enjoying the fun obstacles and I’m racing myself for time. Overall, a very welcoming community of people. :)
