Great information many doctors aren't even looking at mold and fungus and the landlords I that refuse to acknowledge and fix the problems

Maybe we need a Mycology to become a specialty in doctorate education and training. We need doctors able to diagnose and treat fungal infections. Fungal diseases are on increase starting with Candida infection most doctors don't get educated about it, maybe brief summary of the problem.

A recent video from India shows a rapid increase in cases of this, is this in any way attributed to wearing masks? Or from the material used for testing for Covid? Seems a strange coincidence.

It has to do with steroid use and oxygen tanks that are not clean. Also a high incidence of diabetes in India makes people more susceptible. Look up IndiaToday on you tube. They have docs discussing it.

What a coincidence ! I was also thinking about the material used for covid testing and masks could be its probable cause.

Your doctors won’t test for fungi, their excuse is, “it takes too long, 3-4 weeks, to grow sample on a Petri dish.” And the blood tests are almost useless, too.. -And if the patient were to collect a tissue sample and successfully grow it themselves?...This won’t be accepted because it was not collected by an FDA-approved lab!,,, PLEASE!,,.This needs to be addressed! Help!

Hi Susan, a lot of Mycology labs now utilise a form of mass spectromety to aid in speedy diagnosis, called MALDI-TOF. Problem is probably more in Doctors misdiagnosing as bacterial diseases or something instead. There's a lot to remember as a Doc and fungi aren't really #1

MALDI-TOF detects and diagnoses in a minute, but this technique is difficult to get. KOH mounting is more helpful that helps in diagnosis within in a day.

This presentation was not intended for the general public, but rather focusing to health care providers, medical students and other related medical fields, that's why the average person does not understand the meaning of medical terms.
