Does steed speed make manifolds for big cummins motors? I have a NTC 290 big cam I need a new manifold for in my Dump truck

With the pricing on a 4th gen especially something like Greg would want, hes better off waiting to see what the 5th gen looks like and say ya or nay. I just picked up an 18 sport appearance in black and its an awesome truck. My view is that when the 5th gen does arrive its going to have bugs and minor updates over the next few years. Think about the 09s and 10s the issues that were around. 11s and 12's were better I had a 12. Then def came in the 13 and had issues, 14-15 The Y pipe if i remember correctly, maybe even on the 13. So even though Id love to see a 4th gen I can't blame him for not jumping on one right now, its a huge cost.

So how is the coating on your steed speed manifolds holding up? I’m looking at buying one but I see a lot of people talking about how shitty the coating is on them..

Speaking of I have to wash my truck again because of the salt. This summer I have to throw my truck up on my lift and coat the bottom , frame and axels. I have a 89 ram that I did that to it has no rust its great.

Not salt.... its de-icer. "Calcium nitrate " we have the same lines on our Canadian roads. Can't wait to see that drag tuck go!

GREG_ALBERALLA You can do a iPad mini or iPad pro in the dodge with a SoundMan float mount kit . Have the same thing for alot let money an you want have to use your phone for internet

That was -the- 1st problem I got to deal with after buying used 2nd gen. $5 rheostat. Couldn't get myself to pay for factory TPS.

kjax76 is that the same as a potentiometer? If so it might be turned up too much, when I replaced my TPS with a Potentiometer if I had it too high it wouldn’t go into overdrive

Lines aren't salt. They're from calcium chloride which is even more corrosive than salt! That way all our vehicles & infrastructure (it hard on concrete too not just metal) becomes dilapidated faster. Costing us more taxes (& vehicle expenses) because people & industries can't be inconvenienced, learn how to drive better, properly equip, etc

They don't use sand because the state and county that applies it doesn't want to clean it up once the snows gone. They use salt and sodium chloride because it breaks down over time and then they have an excuse to have a higher annual transportation budget.

Where I'm at, we're lucky to get sand! No salt. No chloride. Learn how to skate or GTFO. The upside is no rust. The downside is worn out seats from pinching the cushion. Some people in just too big of a hurry.

And that's what $2000 in fittings / wrenches looks like lol

honda lover24 6.2s didn't have strong enough engine blocks to go far over 500 hp without causing cracks or other things in the block from what I've seen. Also the lack of performance parts available for them makes it difficult to get to that point even.

460EFI I wanted to put some mileage on the truck before I got back to you. We averaged 100 degrees cooler egts according to the in dash pyrometer with Faster spool on the turbo. I’ve also notice the engine can be lugged down roughly 200 rpm lower in a hard pull. Overall I am throughly pleased with the performance of the steed speed on my c15 and would highly recommend one.

I'd bet that you'd get more views of swaping a 4th gen dash into a 3rd or 2nd gen. Then of a 4th gen rig with all it's emissions B.S. Not to mention you don't want or need the EPA after you & "the channel" for Greg A delete ing it.

Guys. Show the fix if you have one. Make everyone sit through the 45 min douchery-goof-offery.
