For Kerala climate Buffalo grass is better. I experimented both, the Buffalo grass is still surviving, other one is gone with in a month. Just buy one sheet and try.

Very clear explanation. Can you plz do a video on paving slab,not block(18x12) 60mm. Some say it will break. It is also laid using natural or artificial grass in between. (May be marketing technique of tile manufacturers to resemble natural stone)

Rs. 160 is very costly. For an average 1500 sqft house, yard will be four times and calculate the total cost. Yard pavement at one fourth of the cost of house!!! That too with rough granite slab available at quarry site in Karnataka @ Rs.32 per sqft!!!
