If you can make a good job of it. If you can make an honest living as the female version of yourself. A female version of your body is possible with HRT and expensive surgery. A female personality is much harder. You have to rewire your head. From the inside. If you have youth on your side it is easier. You have one life; spend that life and time well. Good luck
