Mt Everest The ultimate challenge /Full Documentary video 2024

Climbing Everest is an immense challenge that tests the limits of human endurance and determination. Climbers must deal with the extreme altitude, frigid temperatures, high winds, and technical climbing sections like the Hillary Step. Proper acclimatization is critical to allow the body to adapt to the thin air. Climbers also face risks like altitude sickness, frostbite, and avalanches.
In 2024, Nepal has issued 390 climbing permits to 37 teams from 60 countries as of late April. The United States has the most climbers with 70, followed by China with 65. Reaching the summit of Everest remains one of the ultimate achievements in mountaineering.

In the last couple of years, I've been literally consumed with watching, reading, and listening to all things related to Everest mountaineering. I always find these superb. However, this is hands down the best I've ever watched. Due to the simply beautiful cinematography, the incredibly peaceful, calming, and surreal music,

Absolutely incredible crystal clear and magical cinematography. Spectacular. I felt like I was there. I loved all the natural sounds. I don't understand why there are not more likes and comments. This was amazing. Subscribed.

Incredible to see crystal clear images of these places we read about in so many Everet books. The movies from the early 2000s couldn’t do it justice the way 4K high def does. Thank you.

Congrats on the summit - some of the most natural and best footage captured (and sound ) of the South East Ridge slabs and then from the South Summit down and up to the Summit i've seen. Looked like you got ahead of the pack on the way up, also guessing this was the first summit window before the weather turned and reopened for the second summit window.

Summiting Everest is optional but getting back to base camp alive is compulsory. Nice video.

Very, very good. Truly pleasant. Never before seen angles and shots of Kumbu. A well tended edit. Among the best. The hoods are really too cumbersome. They need aviation face shields after all they are at an aviation category altitude. In some of those storms it's like clinging to the outside of an aircraft. Instead of north facial the patches should say Cessna.

If there were no ropes or ladders at all no one would climb. Its beautiful but there is no way I'd ever try.

?? There are always people going to climb it, and mountaineers always use ropes! Of the just under 7000 people that have stood on the top (circa 12000 summits) there are 250 ish that used a non standard route, aka not the south col or North Ridge. Everest still poses some huge challenges and there are still some unclimbed routes, vast areas of the face's have not been stepped on. Also you get people that think that Everest is "easy", they are deluded, even on the standard routes its a dice roll. Things can change very fast above 8000m and the fact that the non standard routes have only had 250 climbs, some routes you can count on one hand let you know just how much of a challenge it is.
