The reason he retired is because it doesn't go in his file which allows him to seek employment elsewhere. This is standard procedure for corrupt cops and the Brady list cops!

You're wrong. He is still being charged for murder. Did you not watch the video? He's doing this so his family can get his retirement pay. If he retired after conviction he wouldnt get it.

That was an intentional murder, that should be a 1st degree murder charge. He should be spending the rest of his life in prison.

The cop escaped the standard bond conditions everyone else gets including, weekly in-person reporting, daily drug testing, a minimum of 12 sessions of counseling, and calling in every morning between the hours of 4:00am and 5:00am and then blowing into the smart machine that analyses alcohol... It's what the system mandates from everyone else who is arrested EVEN when drugs and alcohol have nothing to do with their case....... Courts force everyone to be subservient except cops...

Charging him with murder is a over the top of common reason. There's many mitigating circumstances at play here and lets not forget the MSP were the Good guys chasing the bad guys so in that context this man died due to HIS poor CRIMINAL choices. I think it's a travesty of justice to go after the good guys when one of the bad guys dies.
