Sir mein tractor spare parts ka business kar Raha hu (Retail ) 5 saal se mera total sales yearly 20 lakh ke under hai, spares other state se bhi Lata hun main GST registration bhi kiya tha aur registration cancel karke 2 saal ho raha hai To kya mein msme me registration karwa kar business chala sakta hu Please suggest me

Sir agar kisi bid me reseller participate kar raha h aur usne OEM authorisation kisi aur se liya hua h yaani reseller participate kar raha h but uss item ka OEM koi aur h aur reseller apna MSME laga raha h to turnover aur experience me usko exemption milega kya

As per PR dated 02.07.2021, the Wholesalers and Retailers registered as MSME Udyam can enjoy the benefit of Priority Sector Lending only. Other benefits discussed by you are not available to them.

Maine apne registered name ki stamp bhi bnwa lyi hae.. Aur agar certificate issue kr skta hu toh kya woh abroad jaane k liye file mein lgaa skte hae woh certificate.. Plz sir answer me

Upto 20 llakh service 40 lakh sale GST is not mandatory Unless specifically required

My friend submitted form 15g before interest deposit but his income is below 5 lakh and above 2.5 lakh and his tds not deducted bank but it shows in form 26as so what should he do please explain?

Dear if you mistakenly given the form 15g in spite of having income more than 2.5 lac Then you just simply file the income tax return and if TDS has been deducted then you can claim otherwise no need to worry
