This and "Anytime" literally saved my marriage in 1990. We both are big into music and especially the rock ballad love songs. These guys get my heart and his heart everytime! Wish we could have gotten more from them!

You want to talk about a very underrated, undervalued, unappreciated, and overlooked singer look no further than Robin McAuley. Love his voice.

I had taped this song to a cassette tape but didn't know who did this song, so I typed in the title and Allright!!! I found the artist, Love This Song A Lot! Rock on! I may be 70yr old but I'm still Rockin' hard. Beautiful song.

Well, this song was actually first released in the summer of 1992.

I have never in my entire life heard a voice similar to Robin McAuley. Absolutely unique for Rock Ballad

Seriously, one of the best rock ballads ever written - so much emotion in it. Might be a surprise Schenker didn't write on this one, it was actually written by Jesse Harms with McAuley. There's a demo with RM singing on JH's "All Sides In" compilation - not quite as layered or dramatic a version as this though.

People that know and love this song are very lucky to know such a great song like this.

MCAULEY is so Awesome !His vocals compliment Schenkers music so well it Rox!

I was born in 81, and for the first time today, I found this song and MSG. McAuley reminds me of Dio and a bit of Coverdale. The musical composition is so well-written. It rivals many other songs I see on "Top 80s Rock" YT playlists. Right up there with Warrant and Heart, In my opinion!!

I wish Michael and Robin would play this on their current tour. This is one of the best songs from their era and one of the most emotional songs for me.

I got this tape at a grand opening of a auto parts store in 91 that was hosted by the local rock station. I literally was the only one in a 60 mile radius of the station that had a copy of that tape. (or so the station told me, lol). I still have the tape to this day and most people I let listen to it never heard of them wished they had back in the day.

my neighbors were just listening to this........(they're a 1/4 mile away and i have an awesome stereo!)

INCREDIBLY UNDER-RECOGNISED AND UNDERRATED album all in all. Robin MacAuleys voice gives me the chills, equipped with Schenker's wicked melodies that he's forever been smashing since the early 1970's with UFO (also underappreciated considering their iconic and highly influential status in rock music!)

This song faded from airplay pretty quickly, but it was on the radio in March of 1992 - a special time for me, moving away from home on a long trip to my first full time job out of state. Have not heard this since then, brings back memories of that long drive, all alone.

1:20 sends a few goose bumps. Love the beginning of that chorus and those drums coming in

I can't believe McAuley is 60 already! He sure as hell doesn't look it. He is so fine...and still has the pipes to back it up. I bought their first cassette tape(yes, I said cassette tape!) back when he first joined. Amazing voice. And, Schenker is still one helluva axe man!!

Chris Davies Dude, I saw Schenker fest last Saturday. He's not singing anymore? Not true, McCauley, Gary Barden, and Graham Bonnet were there. McCauley rocked the house. Schenker disbanded MSG in 85, the McCauley Schenker Group released Perfect Timing in 88'

This song introduced me to rock music and opened new horizons. It also helped me to get over a very ugly breakup when I found out about my girl cheating on me multiple times. And like in the lyrics it luckily turned Out for the Better for me. "You won't be laughing!" As I write this, I just Heard the news that James Kottak, who played drums on this song, hast passed away. R. I. P., James. I Will always remember you and the music you helped to create.

I remember this group well also from back in the early 90s. Another great group along with RTZ, Y&T, The Storm, Winger, Tangier, and Skid Row in that time! Need I say more? I have a CD compilation with all these and few others you will never here again on a radio station.
