My father used to fly with the skyvan every time in Olympic Air between Milos LGML and Athens Ellinikon airport

Used to see quite a few of the C-23A variant at Zweibrucken Air Base in Germany.

Pretty rare seeing a Short 330 fly into it's old home base of Belfast in 2024, I hadn't seen one since I was a kid in the late 80s/early 90s but it literally happened a week ago (and I missed it as it was at 10pm, and away again at 5am)!

Back in the late eighties I saw one at Livermore Municipal Airport. Looks quite strange in person.

I once had hands on experience with a Skyvan, wasn't aware it's so rare now to see one flying, I was at a skydiving event helping out with various things and as a payment I got 2 tandem skydive jumps and a few rounds in the plane, including one where I was given control of the plane for a few minutes.
