On Thursday, March 14th, 2024, EURAXESS North America held a webinar on the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), the European Union’s reference program for doctoral education and postdoctoral training.
The speakers were Dr. Tuğba Arslan from TÜBİTAK, a Turkish National Contact Point (NCP) for MSCA, and Dr. Gokce Kor Bicakci, an MSCA alumna. They presented gave an overview on all of the actions, and explained in detail the Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA-PF), a mobility scheme that targets researchers holding a PhD who wish to carry out their research activities abroad, acquire new skills, and develop their careers. PFs help researchers gain experience in other countries, disciplines, and non-academic sectors.
