Thanks guys, really appreciate the videos. I have just booked my first cruise on this ship in this type of cabin. Looks lovely and looking forward to the cruise, even if I don't ever go on another cruise as least I can say I tried it.

Nice cabin guys, but the wardrobe space looked really tight, reminded me of the wardrobe on the Eclipse. Not enough room for all my clobber, let along my partners 🤣. Love being on the aft of the ship, it’s our favourite location. Look forward to seeing the next video 😃

The aft views were brilliant, really loved that about it. The wardrobe did us ok, we'd probably do 7 nights ok in it, but any longer we'd probably end up storing some in the cases under the bed.

Oh wow that is a nice stateroom, I've never seen slippers giving on a cruise. THATS A GREAT IDEA!!!!

We loved the aft views! Those slipper came home with us as we'll use them after using the hottub hahaha!

We’re sailing on the Virtuosa in May. Looking forward to it. Seen a few negative Vlogs on here about MSC but will make own judgment soon.

Our pleasure! We only tend to book it if the price is right or they throw in some extras, otherwise we’re not really that fussy when it comes to cabin location. Dining wise we’ve always found them accommodating even if Bella grade

Afraid not, no self service - just a paid for option via your room steward 👍 sone cruise lines, like p&o do have self service laundry rooms. Some swear by crease release spray.

great video guys. really informative. I have just upgraded me and my family to a Fantastica cabin from an inside cabin (which looked like a prison cell by the way) and watching this video I'm pleased I have. Is there anymore perks paying for the fantastica package?

Fantastica cabins are in better locations, priority choice of dinner sitting, free in room breakfast and possibly extra off speciality dining if you pre book. Enjoy 😊

Great video!! Can I ask are there lifts at the back of the ship. I can see some but not sure if passengers can use it.

Good question, we cant remember! We're back on in 2 weeks so will try to take a look. From memory we don't think there are, only the large lift areas - but the lifts are fab as you select which floor you want to go to, that calls the lift to you and it takes you straight there. Really efficient.

Would you recommend this cabin, does it get any sunshine( I know this depends on the where you are in the sea) are there any overhanging balconies above you?

From memory, the way the aft of the ship slopes backwards (over than the overhang from the Buffet) there is a chance of sunshine if the direction etc all match up, but even if not, you get those lovely wake shots. it would be a lovely cabin for the Norwegian Fjords or similar scenic cruising.

We are going soon deck 13 fantastica balcony do you get dressing gowns and slipper.

You’d need Aurea or Yacht Club - though sometimes you can be upgraded cabin free of charge. Usually cruise lines also have them to buy.

Do everyone get bath robes on fantastica or is that because of what club level your at 👍

We’re not entirely sure, we don’t believe they come as standard for that grade and at time of sailing we were only Gold.

I am interested to know if you feel any movement during the cruise and when you Dock. Could you give me the info when it happens thanks guys

We cant say we noticed any movement of vibrations - we were quite high up. It may also be as we were not actually travelling very fast as it was only along the south coast so was calm seas.

... the ship is sooo big you feel no movement ... unless your in rough seas ... then your really just a cork on the water ... traveling is always an adventure ... you have to stay with the sway ...

The wardrobe looks very small. Britannia had a walk in wardrobe, which was convenient for a 14 day cruise.

Hi! I’d say the wardrobe is the same size but the fact there’s sliding doors makes it feel smaller, the layout does get rid of the walk in aspect of it too but then the overall gain in cabin space means there’s more room for things like a bigger couch.
