Hi Bobbie and John, that peanut butter looked so unique that I bought a half a pint for less than $4.00 at Amish Country Store online. You know, Ohio Amish country looks like a lovely place to live in, I wouldn't mind living in a nice apartment either there or in Pennsylvania Amish country. My friends live in a lovely apartment complex in Millersville, PA which is Amish country, and they just love it. It is rural and the farms and lands are just beautiful, and it is a more simple and wholesome way of living that I really like. I live with my 84 year old mother who needs me to help her but one day I would consider retiring to Amish country if the area has a church that is alive with God moving and is thriving with worship and good preaching.

On our bucket list….We discovered a small Amish community near us in Union Grove NC. They have a general store, so we will take a day trip there soon. But, traveling to PA and OH hopefully in the next year or two. Always enjoy these videos especially.

Ate there many times with my parents...we would take relaxing drives down thru that area with our 2 puppy dogs and all the resturants in the area are great! Im from Canton the Pro Football hall of fame city...

haha, ok, so, i got a much needed giggle (thx to my long day) at him saying “my grandma used to try to make me eat it” about the liver and onions. but wow, do i love that stuff, as did my mom. but like your wife said.. “you just have to like the taste.” but my hubby wont touch it with a 10 foot pole so i only eat it if he works late, lol. ok, back to the video, but i have to pause time to time to post if something hits me, lol

Beautiful scenery! Good looking Amish buffet. That peanut butter looked so amazing! I saw the blackberry pie on the menu and thought it sounded good. But when you got it with the ice cream it was definitely looked liked da bomb. I do think dessert should have come with the buffet. Would love to try out the restaurant. That buffet looked delicious and plentiful! My mom used to make liver and onions back in the day (only wanted the onions) and I was quite surprised to see it there. I grew up with my mom also making an amazing kugel. Her kugel was only made with Pennsylvania Dutch Noodles from the market. I didn’t realize noodles was a big thing with the Amish until I watched your videos. Thanks for including us at your table! 🤗🕶🕶

All of the food looked so good and a great price for buffet. I love liver and onions…you’re right Bobbie you can’t really describe the taste, you just have to try it and decide for yourself. The dessert looked very good, just a great meal. If I ever get to that area I would definitely try Mrs. Yoder’s kitchen😀

If you like Amish places, you might want to check out Sarasota, Florida, someday. The Amish have gone there on winter vacations for many years. They have neighborhoods there and of course some restaurants (Yoder’s and Der Dutchman). The pies at both places are amazing. Strawberry pie at Der Dutchman was really fantastic.

I think me and the wife could definitely make up for the price in just eating that chicken! That looked amazing and I lost count at the number of pans they had because I started drooling so much. I do feel a bit sorry for the bird population in that area but a person has to eat and that chicken just looks amazing. Thank you for the video and God Bless!

The only liver I like is cold chopped liver with onion and hard boiled eggs, finely cut. My mother used to make chicken livers with lima beans and I would not eat it.

This is one of my favorite places to eat when I'm in Amish Co. I had never seen the meat balls on the buffet before. I'll have to try them next time I'm up there. I also want to go visit that colorful pizza place you all did the review. Hopefully one day I'll run into you all in Amish country or Pigeon Forge TN.

Broasted chicken is a favorite of mine, though I'd pass on the Liver and Onions. That Broccoli salad looks so good and the rolls with the Amish Peanut Butter, yum. My husband would love the pickled eggs and the banana pepper eggs, I'd take a pass. The pie sounds delicious as well, I'm a little surprised that the dessert isn't part of the buffet price, but I don't think the price was bad. Thanks for sharing this one with us.
