The trick behind Obanai's swordsmanship is like: using only your wrists to move a stick up & down so fast that it bends, but obviously Serpent Breathing takes those motion physics to a whole new level.

Gyomei isnt a leader offically but he is the longest serving and is classed as a senpai to all the other harshira. So they listen and respect his decisions more, but he isnt the leader.
