I loved the humor and the way the actors who played the main characters had such good chemistry and timing. They felt like real people. Very convincing. The story was very real too. I really liked this movie.

Tanner is such a phenomenal actor. Dangerously sharp. The lead actress was also great. Great movie 🎉

One of the best "relationship" movies i have ever seen. The conversations were real and substantive. The acting was way above average. I also deeply appreciated that the story line was not wrapped around the merely physical chemistry. The development of a friendship before going on the first date was SO good - a pattern that a lot of young adults should look for. The mere sexual attraction can be easy come easy go...the depth of shared interests and values are far richer and wiser. The intimacy of human chemistry will come and last if it is built on the values and experiences that make us better people. The inherent selfishess of much of the modern (post modern?) dating seen has been effective at spreading broken hearts and STD's. Growing in love involves sacrifice and thinking of others before oneself. When we want to give ourself for the good of another we have begun to grown in love. This movie points down that path more that most.

I agree . It's nice to see Tanner Gilman's character get the girl for a change. He's a good actor and he deserves it!

I loved this movie. It is almost exactly how I met my, Mr Right. We were friends first, while I was dating other men. Then I realized I was so at peace when I was with him, I could be myself completely and he was so good to me. He is now my BF and I couldn't be happier!!

Same here. I only started dating my Mr. Right because we were friends first. When we met, I was dating someone who, on paper, was everything I wanted in a husband. But then I realized he would always put his career and the pursuit of money above me and any children we might have had, so I dumped him. My now husband wanted to give me time to mourn, not Knowing I was the one who called it off, and I started dating a second guy who checked all those boxes. But that was the most boring relationship of my life. When I ended that relationship, my now husband asked me out the very next day. I only said yes because he literally only checked one box on my list: he believed in the same belief system I believed in. I never thought it would get serious, and was willing to sacrifice our friendship because I was the only thing he was serious about and I knew he would make a fun boyfriend. In my pride, I thought we'd date, have fun, then I'd break up with him to keep looking for a man that checked more boxes on my "future husband list". Fortunately, God intervened. God knew what an amazing companion he would end up being for me. 13 years of marriage and two beautiful kids later, I'm so grateful I had faith to follow the guidance of God. We've never been monetarily rich, but we are so rich in every way that eternally matters! He's an incredible husband and father. I feel like the luckiest woman alive.

And, he did the post-production audio on this film. A lot of late nights after his job that gives us health insurance. It's such a joy to me to see how his efforts have created something so wonderful for the world!!

A nice sweet movie. Didn't insult me on any level. No cursing, no nudity . Still could have been studying this whole time. sigh

Reminds me of Christian Slater from Untamed Heart.

Great film. You can not tell your heart whom to love. Charlotte parents divorce scared her badly that she fears letting her heart love at all. But life keeps happening to us all whether you are ready for it or not. I still believe in love.

Just in case you’re not into god,things will be ok,you just continue being you,I always hear some line that you’ll catch a fish something something,where yeah they’re not right for you,especially you’re not right for them,many of these men just are either too feminine like,or want all the attention,or just plain creepy,or many she’s went on dates with,lol.Anyways I don’t get it either,as personally they knew my boundaries,& they knew I warned them that I’m learning disabled,where I would have some difficulties and need said help,I sometimes dislike how many people keep on saying god this and that,it doesn’t have to be always god,and btw,we’re basically all gods,lol I get it people who believe in god can be very kind & sweet,so I don’t hate them if they’re. So please believe in whoever you want to believe,maybe in yourself you can think of,”Maybe one day,I’ll find,Mr.Right,but right now,I’m focusing on me,maybe today isn’t a good day,& maybe tomorrow will be a good day? Doesn’t make me less of a person”. You just focus on you,I understand because I have plenty of days where I’m unhappy,I also can’t go anywhere because there’s nothing for me to go to,too meet new people instead of Messenger on Facebook,because plenty of guys like to prey on us because they been rejected so many times,& who knows what level of creepy. I thought I found Mr. Right. It was beautiful what we had. He made me feel comfortable and helped me with a lot of stuff. If there is one thing that I would not forget, it that he called me at 12 am played piano for me and sang for me. That was the first time I've ever called to a guy in the middle of the night. We were getting closer and closer, but later on he told me that he got in a relationship. I didn't expect that at all. We are still friends and I respect his relationship but it been 4 months since he told me that he got in a relationship, but I still love him. I've never loved a guy like I do love him. I'm still trying to move on and heal. I feel like it's all my fault for falling so hard for him, but I couldn't help.
