Who remembers watching OOOGs King Bobalouie and Bitterdog Bruno for the first time 2 years ago? Did you imagine how interconnected future interviewees and events could be? We’re validating 1st hand info from the survivors of the Compton wars of the early 1970s. West Side Piru, West Park Piru, Campanella Piru, Grandees, Oaks Park, Midtown, Santana Blocc, Corner Poccet, Neighborhood CC and Lynwood Palm & Oak have all embraced this platform. These are legendary names mentioned in books and documentaries. KMV

Raw, straight to the point, with no embellishments, nobody lays out the truth better than an elder statesman with a toothpick, Tookie living with red rags and providing safe harbor was a key insertion to show how we all can at the least coexist as brothers, regardless of affiliations or ideologies, no matter the circumstances...I also hope to see an eventual series with Jamel Barnes, I think the Maniacs have enough subject matter education and reference material to give him an objective, fair listening session, his name comes up too much to be ignored...Keep Elevating!

@Big Kev Mac, Mr. Pretty Crip's interview should have gone for 30 min. Quietly l'm sittin here just listening and l'm like damn what's next? Speaking on everything from his relationship with Big Took (He was a man admitting he got slapped and did nothing about it-l respect him for that) and the Crip Commandments he had to abide by. Shit he even mentioned good Ol Jimel Barnes and l thank him for his candor and honest opinion of him. That was classic and we can talk about that another time. Compton has some bad ass Crip History. Tremendous throw back with Compton Crip History and can't get enough. Thank you once again Big Kev Mac and Season 2 is off to a Bangin start and can't wait for more. I love this Crip History and as an Ohio Maniac, l wanna teach a class and it's all because and thanks to you OG!!! Maybe a Compton Live Roundtable one day as well? There it is ....Tookie lived in the Swamps, 154st & Stanford.. that's when some of the Swamp Boys was motivated to turn Crips..older g's resisted, but younger g's liked the Crips mentality.., he also mentioned Michael Garrison, a OG Swamp Boy, Grandee Compton Crip.

@Mario Greene That ain't how it happened. I'm from the Swamps, and my OG told me that, he busted on that house (children home), cause he wasn't with it. They had a vote, and the majority won (who was still at Compton High, hanging out in the Grandees)..Older homies wanted to remain Swamp Boys..but rolled with the rest of the homies..The OG also told me he socked out a known Piru that came in the hood trying to recruit. Mike Garrison is an OG. Swamp Boy, he mentioned in this interview..that was in the Grandees. But the hood turned Crip by choice, not by force...and was known for some of the best fighters...Big Arsell Snead,..Mike Garrison, Killer Cove.. AC Babalouie mentioned this in his pt.3 interview with KMV ..

At 13:00 of the King Bobalouie pt3 interview, he talks about the Swamps and Donnell Tatum who had mad squabbles, that got killed ....well AC should know cause it happened in his hood, after Donnell knocked out several of them niggas, then got shot in the back...that was the start of the hatred of Pirus .. prior to that, it wasn't no blood shed.. only fights
