More than doubled the monthly medical payments for the average American. Almost doubled the interest for federal student loans. Shipped million of jobs overseas. Those are just the few things I could remember at the top of my head.

It’s atypical to emphasise like that in Standard English but in AAVE it is quite common, so I would imagine the commenter is familiar with that as a way of speaking.
