The door was prob a little warped over time. Nyc is humid. Solid wood doors will warp over time making them not fit as much

Every column in the newspaper was awesome, specially the "It's not a rent-free country" one, it would be interesting to see a group of pure hearted individuals (considered super heroes in this case) form a team together (like Avengers or Justice League) to fight against the Rent Demanding Lunatic, while Norman Osborn works on bringing back Bully Maguire and they join the team of super heroes in the end and finally defeat the Lunatic together! I would have been stoked if the link given at the end of "Haunted pizza place" column was fully visible and actually took us to another one of your edited videos showcasing pizzas being stolen by the ghost of Bully Maguire :)
