Well, I agree that this episode had Chameleon in one of his more clover disguises. But, it's a shame that using this disguise instead of getting a search warrant will likely get the case against these hoodlums thrown out of court. Really, this is yet another instance where using a disguise would be completely unnecessary if he were to simply follow proper police procedures.
