This is what rock used to sound like; what it should sound like now. Man I miss these guys; can they still rock or what! I miss the power chords and guitar driven frenzy, the long hair, live shows, and music videos of this era. And the awesome ballads! If you weren't around in the late 70' and through the 80' to hear this stuff, what a shame(good stuff in the 90' as well)! Dokken, XYZ, Extreme, Winger, Lynch Mob, Scorpions, UFO, Kingdom Come, Ozzie, Van Halen, AC/DC, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Motley Crue, Gun's N Roses. The list goes on. Thankfully some of these bands have continued to provide more great music; but the boys are getting' old, and the music on the radio and TV has changed. Sorry to be seeing it go. The talent and energy that was commonplace, seem to be leaving with it.

There are some groups out there today that *attempt* to recreate the vibe of those 70s & 80s bands, but they don't really capture it. Steel Panther is the only one I know of that truly gets it, but their lyrics are so (intentionally) filthy that I really don't listen to them. I'm no prude, but they're just so over the top and in your face that I can't do it. Crazy Lixx might be another one that hits the mark, but, other than those two, you have to go to the bands that were actually around during that time if you want that vibe. They're out there if you want to find them.

Excellent song from one of my favourite bands of all time! Have all of their albums and i like most of them This band came out in 1989 but they were never into glam or hard rock, they always had a progressive rock vibe, maybe that´s why the weren´t so popular at the time. The two hits "to be with you" and "wild world" launched them into popularity but you have to listen to more of their albums to really understand their music I´m very sad to hear that their incredible drummer pat torpey is sick and probably wont play again, and as time passes everyone in a band tries solo careers specially the singer and in this case also paul gilbert. I´ve listened to some of paul´s albums but i really don´t dig them. When you form a band you have to understand the meaning "band" and make a difference between "paid musicians". Thumbs up for Billy Sheehan in winery dogs wich i also like very much, but i wish they reunite one more time.

Love this guys
Who listen to this masterpiece in 2023?Mr.Big are always in our heart Mr.Big.

There are some new bands as good as those and that sound just like it. Give it a try. Steel Panther, Blues Pills, Airbourne, Halestorm.

I like seeing paul gilbert in a band, because its not just about him shredding, its about playing good music.

The riff boils my blood; That's what rock is supposed to do to you. It's not about the speed or technicalities, it's just the overall sound, brilliant! Please regroup and come back. There's no rock anymore.

And another top album from the guys, despite Pat's condition but it's awesome that the guys still want him in the band. That's real friendship and camaraderie, right there! :)
2022!! I Have Said It Before, HIS, VOICE, MUSIC will never DIE!!
The guitar play by Paul Gilbert is what makes him one of the all time greats! Very under rated

billy Sheehan is so good. how many bands can have such a complete sound without a rhythm guitar during a solo. these guys are as technically solid as anyone.

This guy Eric Martin is a "Vampire" seems to me he never gets old. Voice and Appearance stay the same. One of my favorite Bands. Keep it up, guys...Keep Rockin...
Mr Big rocks! Still delivering passionate, high-quality hard rock after all these years. Unbelievable band.

he really struggles live now, though it is understadable, singing for 30 years , wear and tear...there's an interview on youtube with Eric which is surprisingly honest about his vocal issues.
I wasn't born in time to see these guys in their peak, but I discovered Mr. Big right around the time this single was released and have been listening to this and their classic tracks every now and then since. Billy was a big influence over me when I started playing bass, but growing up as a person and as a musician I've come to appreciate each of them, I think they have an unusual kind of musicality and they complement each other so well. Mr. Big really is an unique rock band.

Go see them on their farewell tour.
We dont have energetic performances like this these days .
Just saw them in Bratislava, Slovakia. One of the best headliner shows I've ever seen! They played 2:15 hours! Awesome! They don't need to tour with anybody else. They are great on their own. If they tour with someone else, all you get is usually 45 minutes. The show was so much fun! Awesome musicians!

PG killed this solo ...just perfect and that BS bass line is grooving hard!...very legit song
This song just rocks ! Love the rhythm, sounds of the guitar and bass !!! A hard pounding for sure. One of the best songs of Mr. Big !
Such a wonderful band!
I really love this song, I feel this song is a bit dark but this is just Rock. I am very sad to realize that Torpey did not join the chorus. Of course, I understand the reason. Maybe this is the literary last song for Mr. Pat as a Mr. big. However, I love his groove, draming, chorus, everything. We are very missing you. This year, I will have attend your farewell tour in Japan. Mr. Dick D Verigilio immitate the drumming that was organised by Mr. Pat. but I ma very miss your drumming dear Mr. Torpey. I am positive that this is not farawell tour but I can listen you all music someday. I am very happy to see you guys for my life.
A MASTERPIECE ! MR.BIG is a huge band!

Great music Great musician we need more like this on tv
