I’m telling you Eric Martin is such an underrated and hella talented vocalist ever!

I've known & seen/heard great singers in my lifetime, great drummers, great solo guitarists, great bass players. But this band has all in 1; the greatest performers ever! 🤘💜 🎩🦯🥾

Gilbert was my second favorite guitar player to EVH before Kotzen joined the band. I thought Kotzen would suck when I heard about him replacing Gilbert. Since Kotzen joined Mr. Big, he's my all time favorite player, singer, and musician.

Man! Eric's voice is mind blowing. I love these guys. My all time favorite band. Weird not seeing Paul there but, Ritchie is awesome as well. I respect them all and deeply appreciate their music. I seen Eric this past August during one of his acoustic shows. He is still amazing. It was a great feeling getting to actually meet and talk with my inspiration. Keep rock alive!

Man...this concert is GOOD!!

I remember back in the 90s i was totally into mr big because of PGs air guitar style. Then i bought the new album with kotzen on it around year 2000 Get over it album, first time i heard kotzen. I was such a kid back then to be felt betrayed and really disapointed by my guitar hero PG for leaving mr big lol.Good thing when i heard what kotzen did on the album, its not air guitar but i love what Im hearing. Awesome player and a lot of great songs in that album!

DEFINATELY ain't no slouch, but he has this ONE thing that does way too much of that slowly kills me! and that is ''approving a song-set list contrived of almost 75% BALLADS! no one wants to see THAT many ballads played by high caliber players already schooled in ''shredding and ripping-it-up 101''

Shit, Eric's voice was on point here. He was still singing everything on key here. They should've added "Just Take My Heart" which is my 2nd favorite tune from them in their set, but it's all good. Great concert.

I dont know but i think Colorado bulldog in this concert IMO is the best live version ever even compared to PG version. The energy is so much different than any other version. It really is a blast but groovy in the same time.

I really like Richie and the song he made with Mr. Big, and im also glad he did not try to BE Paul Gilbert when he joined the band, but i don´t se why he avoide doing the tapping parts in some songs? like Green-Tinted and Addicted to that Rush? Cool how he can pick those licks, but tapping has its own sound!

Probably he tried to make it his own thing instead of a copy.

It's a shame they weren't so comfortable with this formation by the time this was recorded. They had so much potential with Kotzen on guitar...

yeah but mr big is different with out PG.. even billy once said in interview that paul gilbert is the guitarist that he enjoy the most when play together.. compared to koetzen, even steve vai, gilbert has the biggest chemistry with billy..

"Just take my Heart" and "Wild World" sounded much better on the Tele than the Ibanez, in my opinion.

great performance...but still missing PG on stage....

the wierd thing is, you could give the bass to kotzen and the tele to sheehan and there wouldn’t be a difference in the sound. it’d be the same still. i also know i probably misspelled the names. i can’t spell for shit but i know good musicians when i hear em.

I like Kotzen too, but man, Paul its Paul !

Con Petersen “Get over it” is their best album. Kotzen is really soulful player; Gilbert is just very technical, and should I say...boring. ✌️

@@kiekko673 obviously, you don't know what you're talking about. I respect Kotzen, but Gilbert wrote those songs. This looks like a Mr Big cover band, with all due respect.

.....Kotzen's a great fill-in for Gilbert. So much better here live than his studio recordings with Mr. Big....This band has always been pretty good, don't know why they weren't bigger than they were. Kotzen has the Winery Dogs with Michael Portnoy so he's doing okay these days.

why is there even a lead singer there? especially a short-haired one holding a cut-away acoustic with a neon sign flashing above him that reads .... ''Warning: anyone sensitive to long durations of slow boring music please go to sector 39 and lay face-down on the restroom floor til help arrives it's just a ''ballads o.d.'' reaction ... most of us suffer from it but make a full recovery after hearing just one kick-ass tune (like Shy-boy or Race with the Devil on Spanish Highway .... c/o Al Di Meola and friends)
