At first, it’s OK to go and lead their family life once their parents from both sides agrees to their relation. But marriage won’t be complete unless final blessings are given from both sides of that man’s and wife’s parents. Therefore, they planned this year though already kids grown up. Once the final traditional and ritual is done according to their tribal/regional/religious system, the marriage is final. Hope this explanation will help to understand.

It's not them getting married,it's their uncle,people don't get married after having children,it's not that way for a conservative Nepalese culture.

@@beatricewilliam7388 no u r wrong, I m from Nepal, it's Bhumi and his wife's wedding ceremony. Actually in some caste and culture, people can get married by eloping due to certain circumstances or inauspicious time. So they wait for the right time to do the actual marriage rituals. Being married and performing the actual marriage rituals and customs are different thing. Even in our part of central Nepal and Gurung community, some people perform the wedding rituals after many years of marriage and kids.

@@beatricewilliam7388 so my reading was correct after all. In my part of the world in Borneo island people usually don't get married after having kids, but due to certain circumstances there are exceptions. And my part of the world is real world

they're already married and they've two childrens also. but marriage ritual has been remain balanced as tradition . In rai kirat culture its normal . So they're completing that marriage ceremony ritual formally and offering feast to relatives and villager.
