This is why we require financial regulation in uganda. Finance repatriation has caused government losses. Some foreign company directors have repatriated more money that required because there is no regulatory. That is why companies will keep collapsing in uganda, the directors don't look at the company growth that they don't put as priority, but extravergant expenditures.

This is why Parliament should not go for unnecessary recess. There are too many issues it has to handle in this country. Don't give roko government money. However, if there are monies roko demands government, it should pay them.
